I was so surprised of how much comfort and help this computer stand can bring. Wonderful idea. The laptop stands well on it, the rubber on it is well planned and designed so the laptop is safe and prevents from overheating. Great product.

I have a terrible habit of sitting badly at my laptop and I think this stand is about to transform how I sit, and consequently the strain on my back and neck. First indications are that I am sitting properly and not stooping or peering at the screen.I have a 16 inch MacBook (which I find is only 14 inches wide), and it sits very nicely on the stand. The nearly 10 inch depth of this keyboard is just the right size for this stand.This is not perhaps the most attractive stand, but it is sturdy and effective. Wood would look nicer, but the aluminium will conduct the heat away better. I was worried that the metal support would stick up too much at the front, but actually it sits flush with the keyboard and all parts in contact with a computer or desk are covered with a rubbery protective layer which also prevents anything from slipping. There are no sharp edges.It comes in pieces, but it’s quite easy to put together, a little fiddly but okay. A hex wrench is supplied for the purpose.

If you use a laptop for quite a bit of time in one session then chances are you’ve heard the fan come on, felt the device getting hot, or even the computer has shut itself down.This handy fixed riser ensures airflow circulation to the vents beneath the laptop, thus helping to keep it cool.At 2.55” the non-adjustable riser doesn’t elevate/tilt the laptop hugely, just enough to make a slight difference for your eye to screen level. The keypad angled marginally.The riser comes ‘flat packed’ but is a doddle to assemble, 4 screws & Allen hex key all included, 2 minutes, job done. Pictural instructions on box. Riser not really designed for travel use imo.Made from strong brushed aluminium each arm rest has silicone patches to help hold the laptop secure, each arm has rubbered upturns at the bottom, again to prevent your device slipping. The underside also has rubber pads to prevent scratching the desk/table.I have an 18” Dell laptop which although wider than the product sits comfortably, no concerns about slipping & is stable.If you need a riser to specifically help alleviate neck strain I think this one at 2.55” may be a tad too low to make much difference, but of course that is dependent on your personal requirement & circumstance. There are risers available at around the same price point that provide a much greater angle/height, many also adjustable. This one does make a small change, though not overly so for posture, purely in my opinion & experience.It’s a well-made item, strong yet lightweight, and smart in its simple design. For me the prime benefit is for airflow under the computer, thus protecting the hardware from potentially overheating.

One of the best products I have ever bought. I used to work on my laptop on the table with out thinking how it effects my back until one day I woke up not being able to move properly. I was informed it could be the way I sit when I'm working on my laptop. Therefore, I bought this product and after a week or so, I can already feel the improvements. It keeps me sitting with my back straight and furthermore provides extra support to my wrists. For anyone who has issues with their back due to working at their desk all day, this product is a must.

Nice and sturdy stand that holds my Mac Book Pro 13inch no problems. See pics There is no wobble when typing. it has rubberised areas where the Laptop comes into contact with the stand so it doesn't mark it in anyway. It also has the same on the areas that touch any surface it is sat on so it will not mark your desk or worktop or wherever you place it.it is a low style stand and for me that is exactly what I wanted. Some stands have areas to store an additional keyboard or something like that but for me this sits on my desk and keeps the laptop at the correct and comfortable height. Good product worth the money I would recommend it.

It came in a small package (well done). Screws and allen key supplied. Putting it together took literally couple of minutes.Most important - it's sturdy. The metal is the same colour like my laptop (silver) and it is definitely comfortable to type when on stand.There are silicone patches preventing slipping - great small addition.It raises laptop by 7cm in the highest point.Very pleased with this it.

The stand comes in a compact cardboard box, and needs some minimal assembly - 4 screws. The package includes an Allen key so no tools are required, and there was even a spare screw. It took a couple of minutes to put together.It has a nice aluminium finish and rubberized feet and pads where it contacts the desk/laptop. It is nice and sturdy.I don't use it for ergonomics, but to help with thermals of my Dell which sounds like an aircraft taking off when it heats up, this lifts the base so there is much more airflow accessible to the fans underneath.

Not much to say. Photos show the outcome.Raises the laptop by a nice amount and is at an ergonomic angle to type at.I use this as a monitor raiser to lift it in line with my other monitors. Does a great job!It is a self build stand but comes with the fixings and the Allen key to fix. The threads are clean and free. Very easy to build without instruction.
