These are sturdy and not cheaply made. They were for a good price. I use them for multiple exercises. Would purchase again if needed for gift etc

These are good quality bands, but I didn’t receive the 35-85lb band as pictured in the listing. Instead, I got (1) 25-65lb, (1) 1-35lb, and (2) 5-15lb bands. While the bands themselves are durable and work well, the discrepancy in the product listing is disappointing.Even though I recommend the product for its quality, be warned that you might not receive exactly what is advertised. Hopefully, the seller can address this issue to avoid future confusion.[UPDATE]Seller reached out right away and made it right. 5 Stars.

These bands work great and are highly durable, but they aren't labeled. If the actual tension in numbers matters to you, you'll need to write that down someplace. The two smaller bands I got are visually identical so I can't tell which is the lesser of them.

Great quality and value for money. Does exactly what I need it to. I use it to strength train or for physical therapy and stretching. The variety of resistance is great with the different bands and gives a good range of performance.

Love the span and strength of the bands. They work as advertised.

La segunda vez compre lo mismo porque la mas resistente se rompio con pocos usos, y ahora vino sin bolso y con solo 3 bandas, y no vino la mas grande. I workout a lot in my garage gym and need a variety of resistance bands in different sizes. These bands are extremely durable and withstand a lot of resistance! I love that they are affordable and comparable to the more expensive brands like Rouge.

The bands are easy to use but not sure how long they will last before one snaps, the small bands are very thin maybe 1/4 of an inch.
