Stopped fermentation
Only used it on a few different gallon jugs of Mead so far, but it seems to have stopped fermentation effectively. I'm pleased.

Excellent price for the amount you get. I'm returning to my wine/mead/beer brewing hobby, and I've always find potassium sorbate to be a standard ingredient in the process.As far as I'm able to tell, it works just as any others I've bought.
