This brand has replaced "biopqq" with just "pqq". there are variants among pqq, so has the pqq source/composition/quantity/other aspect changed?

PQQ can be created synthetically or via fermentation. The brand "BioPQQ" is created via fermentation and the new PQQ that the company is using is also created through fermentation. I wrote to confirm that they hadn't switched to a synthetic PQQ supplier and they replied: "The new non-branded PQQ is not synthetic. The new PQQ is made via a bacterial fermentation process using Hyphomicrobium denitrificans."

Why so much B6? Isn't this amount potentially toxic?

I read the toxic level of B6 is 1,000 mg if taken on a continual basis. Any abundance is passed through the urine because it is water soluablc

Would it make my body warmer if I always feel cold in winter time even considerable amount of cloth was taken ?

I have not made a correlation between being warmer in the winter from taking this product. I can only tell you that I feel an overall sense of better well being from taking MITOCHONDRIAL OPTIMIZER.

has anyone actually been tested to verify improved mitochondrial function after taking this a while?

I'm not sure that's possible except anecdotally, and that isn't very accurate without a large number of participants in a well designed study. I go by how I feel - I hurt less.
