One thing I liked was the 135° expanded angle for more ROM on reps. The resistance is real and if used properly there will be plenty of resistance for anyone. One of the things that this model advertises is a rep counter.I received my order. The instructions are basic on how to use it, but makes no mention of the rep counter. There do not seem to be any controls for the rep counter. I cannot tell if the display window is a tinted transparent plastic or just a plastic cover. Either way, using the device, no numbers are displayed. I looked online and was not able to find a website for support. The instructions do not include any contact information for support. The Amazon shop does not have any details to contact the company.I checked the low reviews on the product and found one person who disassembled the device to get to the counter to replace the battery. This seems like poor design.The resistance controls on this unit aren't as intuitive and easy to use as the basic model. There is an arrow on the plastic molding of the adjustment knob, but it is just a small raised arrow on black plastic that is not very visible. The resistance markings are not intuitive since it takes multiple revolutions of the knob to get from min to max and the sticker markings are stacked numbers. This is poor design.I sought support from Amazon and got a replacement. The replacement device was just delivered and has the same issue with the rep counter.Overall, this device is hardly an upgrade from the basic model. I am likely to seek a refund.
