BODYPOWER 57kg Tri-Grip Vinyl Weight Set

This is well Worth the the money... it come early like two days early so really pleased with that...the weights Are powder weighs but not just like the ones you normally Get these Are nice looking ones there is one thing though when you do use them the locking nuts will come lose so you will have to keep tightening them but all In all there do the job 💪

The metal barbell and dumbell handles are solid metal and good quality. The weights are vinyl and contain sand, I think. That means that the weights can turn while they are on the bars as the sand (or other material inside) redistributes.However, these cost around a third of what a fully metal set would cost. So I'm pleased with the value for money that this set provides.One advantage of these weight plates is that they have a flat notch along each of them, so you can put the weight down and it will not roll.The weight plates are quite big and bulky though. The physical size of the weight plates is not a problem with the barbell as the weights are sufficiently distant from the body; however, the weights can get in the way a little bit if you are doing dumbbell exercises and want more than 7.5kg on each dumbbell.As a family, we are pleased with this. I bought this in March 2020 when the coronavirus was hitting the UK and I was worried that my gym might close (which it did). However, I feel that this is a good value starter set for people who only want to lift lighter weights (I have up to 40kg on the barbell and 7.5kg on each of the dumbbells) rather than a set that will see heavy use.

The weight set provides a good basic starter set. One of the black collars did not screw properly but they promptly sent me a new one so very pleased with the service. All good so far!

Excellent weights set with very useful handles for crunches and triceps exercises etc.They look great and have a handy flat portion to stop them rolling all over or for when doing exercises when you need the weight to stay still

When on over 30kg of weight, the tightening part keeps coming loose when I use the bar even after checking it's tight before I use and now and again on the dumbbell weights. Also you will definitely need gloves when using as they rip the skin right off your hands.. Had over 12 month and not happy. Waste of moneyAlso they are 55kg weights NOT 57kg as advertised.X8 5kgX4 2.5kgX4 1.5= 55kg..

Great product

Really good does what I need it for. A couple of the plates are slightly warped and feel a little flimsy in places but other than that it's great.
