Mint flavor is quite strong, but I tolerated it after a week or so, and it no longer bothers me. I am on my third, fourth? package of these mints and really enjoy them. I have tried the berry flavor also. It is not as strong a flavor as the mints, surprisingly. However, it is a very nice flavor and comes across more as a candy than a mint. An extra benefit of these mints is the ingredient Xylitol. It is an important ingredient that helps to clean your teeth over time. I have seen years of discoloration on my teeth disappear with continued and frequent use.

This brand and type of mints (Xylotol) were recommended to me by a friend. They taste great, and I didn't have an aftertaste. I enjoy cinnamon, so this flavor is right up my alley. The cinnamon was balanced perfectly between not enough flavor and too much flavor. I have heard that there are many benefits to xylitol, and not just as a sweetener. However, I'm not a doctor, so you will need to conduct your own research. Bottom line... I love these.mints!

Bought these for work because I started keto and I used to have tic tacs. These are sugar-free and aspartame-free. They taste good, are refreshing and effective, and I have re-ordered them and probably will again. Took off one star because they seem a little overpriced to me, but I still think they’re a great option.

Nice lemon taste; not overly tart or acidic.

It’s OK. Not tart. Not minty. A hint of vitamin B taste.
