Does NOT work
Bought this for my wife as she suffers neck pain from using regular pillows. She is a side sleeper and after few months of use I can definitely say that this does not work. My wife still suffers neck pain using this.

Wife loves it! Has neck pain from standing all day and this helps immensely
Wife has had neck pain from working as a nurse long hours. She has tried multiple pillows which she has not had success with. This pillow is a keeper -- it is now her every night pillow. Good value and works well. Would recommend!

Made my neck pain worse
I have kyphosis, and live with a sore neck. I tried this pillow for a month, made my neck more sore than ever was. It is too high and too firm. I removed the extra insert to lower it, barely made a difference.
