Jacket fits true to size and feels great to wear. Extremely comfortable and warm. The flannel lining is thicker than I expected which is great and really makes the jacket soft inside and comfortable to work in. It does stain easy but seems like it’s very durable and will last a long time as a chore coat.

Received as a Christmas gift.PROS: this jacket is thick and heavy so I’m expecting it to keep me warm. It’s a hearty durable material (similar in my opinion to Carhartt) price at least during Christmas time was excellent for such a well-made jacketCONS: My normal XL size was more like an XXL. So I returned it for a Large. In both cases the waist line (bottom of jacket) tends to be a bit big versus being closer to the waist. I live where it can get very cold and windy so this could lend itself to a cold draft up the jacket.

I've been a Carharrt fan for years but was having a hard time finding one locally that checked all the boxes for me. I don't like elastic sleeves binding on my wrists, I prefer flannel or cloth liner over the nylon lining, and I didn't want a jacket with a hood. So....I'll take a chance and order one, (actually I ordered two different styles with the intention of sending back the one I liked the least). I kept them both! This is not a lightweight, its plenty heavy and fits very well.

It’s warm, it’s got pockets, the collar stays up if you put it up to cut the wind, it stays down if you fold it down. Nice jacket

The button at the bottom of the zipper makes it hard to operate. The design of the outer pockets is annoying. Inner pocket has velcro which will need removed, and the pocket sits lower than I would like. The button at the bottom of the zipper makes it hard to operate.
