Put one in all sinks and then 2 in all shower and bath tub drains. Has a pleasant scent and I believe is clearing out the sludge that can occur in pea traps etc.I usually have back up in my downstairs sinks from AC drainage from the attic. That has not occurred this year.Package suggests using in toilet tank. I would not recommend that as it could get caught under the flapper.I’ll be buying these again.

We have a well and definitely have issues with water standing in shower drains smelling a little musty especially in summer time. These sticks are great for this and essentially eliminate drain odor. I have two teenage kids and these keep the sink and shower drains from getting funky. I always have these on hand and they get the job done well!

Works well and dissolves easily. No mess to use.

Been using this gobbler products for over 10 years. Use the liquid in septic tank @ farm, and sticks @ other house in city. drains run fine.

Update:After about two months of using this, I’m not sold on its overall effectiveness. I used it in several places. In my bar, which develops film and odors - it did great. The drain rarely clogs but it gets constant drip from the ice well and this really helped keep it odor free and running smoothly. In my kitchen sink, which never has clogged, I’ve still been using this here just preemptively so the jury is out on the verdict how effective it is there. The bathroom sink hasn’t clogged completely but these haven’t really done much other than keeping it moving, albeit slowly. The shower drain hasn’t really been affected positively or negatively. It’s just as slow as ever. I know both of these drains see a fair amount of hair and soap, which this should be breaking down. I guess they haven’t stopped entirely, however they haven’t kept things flowing as smoothly as I had hoped/expected. I normally hit them with some draino once a month but I haven’t as I was willing to be patient and let these do their magic. I wanted a more eco/pipe friendly solution but… It just doesn’t seem to be doing what I need it to do in these instances.I don’t trust most chemical drain cleaners because I rent and I don’t want to have to potentially foot a bill on repair (though that’s never happened, but hypothetically it’s possible). A lot of hair goes down my bathroom drains and they tend to run very slowly. Popped one in the sink and on day one it’s already moving better. Put one in the shower and haven’t seen any improvement yet but I imagine it will. The sticks are scent less so they don’t smell up the place when I’m using the sinks, and they seem they’re going to do what I need them to do. They’re definitely cheaper than getting corrosive chemicals I’ve been buying about once a month, and I love the set it and forget it philosophy. I’ll update in a month and we’ll see where we’re at.

Love these, they are easy, and have no odor to them. I drop them in each drain once a month and I don’t have any odor or back up from daily shaving or long haired people taking showers in my home.

Works pretty well! Material changed stiffer but still works.

It's been in less than a week and does smell better.
