It’s firmer than I expected, but my back and neck feel totally fine. Even though it’s firm, it still molds to the shape of my head when I lie down, which makes it really comfortable. When I sleep on my side, it supports my neck and shoulders well and doesn’t cause that awkward strain I usually get with softer, flatter pillows that need constant fluffing. You also don’t have to wait days for it to fully expand. As soon as you take it out of the bag, just squish it, fluff it, or bounce it around a bit on all sides and it’s ready to use.

Good pillow, but very firm. Good for side sleepers, but problematic (for me) when sleeping on my back.

I find this to be very comfortable. It has good stitching. I received it all rolled up and it didn't take long before it was full shape and it has been holding its shape. Night after night it is like using it for the first time. For an inexpensive pillow, I do recommend it. I'm sure I'll get long use of it.

My husband bought several of these pillows and they are all soft, comfortable, and hold their form. Nice size as well.

I did not read the specifications on the thickness of the pillow, but it actually turned out kind of perfect. So let's get to it, it definitely has more of a firm feel to it so if you want it to be softer all you have to do is wear it in. I would say it took about 2-3 weeks to do so. But let's back up a little bit. The shipping was great arrived on time and in small packaging as well. When I took it out of the package it did take a few hours to fully expand but that was expected thanks to the other great reviews. I bout it for my grandmother who at this time battling throat cancer and has a peg tube. So naturally a thicker pillow is better for her so that she doesn't have any issues. It adjust to her head, neck, and shoulders very well and at night is very easy to move around when needed. She also loves the fact that it's not super heavy and can take it to her treatments with her. So overall we are very satisfied with this product and will definitely be buying again in the future as well as recommending it to others.

Cooling: 4/5 They're about average with their cooling features relative to other similar pillows. Like most they do get warmer with use but you can flip it and feel cool again. Feel: 3/5 My husband and I both found the pillows to be a bit too firm for our liking. Smell: 3/5 They still have that ozone smell after a week. I suspect that will linger for a little longer. Luckily my husband likes it, but I'm not a fan. I think it's important that you give it time to air off you don't care for off gassing smell. Price: 4.5/5 They're competitive in price which is a plus for a pillow I'm so/so about. We're keeping them because it's not worth the return but we would probably prefer a slightly softer pillow. They will likely soften over time with use - probably not quickly- but if you're wanting a budget option you could do worse.
