Excellent product for a great price. Wearing these at night reduces the glare and brightness of screens, easing the transition to bedtime and relaxing the mind before sleep. Watching or looking at screens without them at night is jarring now in comparison. A great purchase!

My eyes hate LED lights so these glasses were a necessity. It feels like a hug for my eyes. Relieves the pressure that blue light gives me. Really cute frames too.

I've noticed an improvement in falling asleep after wearing these before bed time phone scrolling.

99.9, probably not. But close enough! I have blue leds on some switches in my RV. When I'm wearing these glasses, I walk by, then have to do a double-take to make sure things are actually on. The blue leds are so dim when wearing these glasses I'm not sure if things are on. They're good, but if you look closely, you can still see a dim blue light. So 99.9, no, but close.

I am very affected by blue light from my computer screen at night! Unfortunately, I have to work on the computer at night! In one night, wearing the amber blue light glasses... I was able to get right to sleep! Usually, I was not able to get to sleep for hours! Best money spent ever!

Just received these, as for the blue light blocking effect on my sleep I’ll update my review after I’ve used them for a few weeks but so far I’ll say something, the quality of these are unmatched really, the package and the actual glasses are just superb, super high quality, I bought the cheap $10-12 ones before and they were total garbage they were cheap plastic that ended up turning fuzzy as if I had caused a million scratches all over which I didn’t, but these I 100% recommend.
