Absolutely amazing and helped so much postpartum, even got it for my best friend who just had a baby too

Not at all what I was expecting…
I was so looking forward to these for when I got back from the hospital. When I tried them out it was like a big hard block of ice, so large I couldn’t sit or lay down with my legs comfortably. I nixed them right away.I wish they were more like a normal pad, with a little extra umph and not like a large block or ice wrapped in absorbent material.An alternative is to freeze normal maxi pads in black tea. Much more comfortable and same concept.

Not worth it
I used the hospital bottle, thought this bottle was more annoying to use and fill up as it doesn’t hold much water. I used 1 of the padsicles but they were so uncomfortable and bulky. Just look up how to make your own. Witch Hazel with aloe Vera non alcohol pop them in the freezer!!

Extremely bulky and hard - I just soaked panty liners in witch hazel, froze them, and placed in my pad/postpartum underwear instead
