I got two of these shower heads for two bathrooms. Love the look, water flow. It’s not really powerful which i like as my previous shower head was too powerful and would spray water outside the shower. Feels very relaxing and like you are at a spa. Highly recommend

At least in my case, the shower arm was leaking through the joint you would tighten it by and no matter how tight you'd make it it would focus a stream into my wall.My unit was also missing the 1.8 gal restricter and had an empty roll of plumbers tape in it.This isn't a "rain showerhead" like you'd think, the pressure is higher than the stream is smaller but I honestly prefer it. All in all a good shower head but I wish the arm would've worked and I didn't have to go out and buy plumbers tape. The restricter doesn't bother me as much as I was going to remove it anyway.

I installed this showerhead in the second bathroom, and it works well and is enjoyable, but I still prefer a Speakman Anystream in my main shower, the pressure is unbeatable and I still haven't found anything better. But you can't go wrong with this one either, I'm just spoiled.

Great product, it’s a great size and the range of motion is convenient. The install was easy, it’s nice having the 2 different filter’s for the water pressure. I am no professional plumber and I’ve had no leaks. can’t beat it for the price.
