Idk why but my PMS symptoms are magnified 10 fold.. Hunger, crankiness, pain etc. I just tried them today and I feel a little bit better. The cooling sensation is a little intense, so don't use if you are very sensitive. Also, when you open the pad you immediately smell the herbs. I think the lavender is working to because I’m starting to feel relaxed and sleepy. I just reordered. I had ordered these in advance because I’m irregular and they came in handy when I needed it.

I was sooo skeptical of these but they're so comfortable for day one-two of my period. I always feel super gross on my period and these kind of help. No burning, no tingling, nothing. Just a slight cooling effect which feels real nice when everything else doesn't.

Have needed a pad like these forever. I have to wear pads a lot and my skin always gets so dry and then itchy from using normal pads daily for a sometimes long period (sometimes mine last like 2 weeks and sometimes I need a pad instead of tampons because of heavy flow/clots). I found them from my sister, who borrowed me one and after I put it on I was like, hey, is something in these?! Because it felt super cool and a bit tingly at first. She was like oh yeah! And told me about them. The cooling effect is so soothing and the essential oils and aloe REALLY moisturize the skin and get rid of the dryness that comes with wearing regular pads. I bought a 48 pack right away because I was so impressed. The only downside for my wife is that the pads don’t stick to her mesh boxer briefs she wears a lot. But if you wear normal cotton panties you’ll be alright! I’m so grateful for these and so happy to give my business to a black woman-owned company. Will buy these forever! Also ordered the wipes at the same time and I am obsessed. Way better than the other leading brand!!! And you can use them on your face!!! Your face will feel clean and smooth and not sticky or filmy or weird in any way. Just love this brand so much!!!

I personally had a good experience with them. I am a heavy bleeder, so the cooling effect really helped a lot because I had very bad abdominal pain if you don’t bleed heavily or have really bad abdominal pain. I do not suggest these because if you just wear them with low flow then it’s going to burn. I let my friend use these and she did not appreciate that cooling sensation because to her it burned so if you have a sensitive ha ha then I do not suggest these.

Good protection and the added herbs are good for my skin and have no irritation.
