Vitamix Immersion Blender Mini-Chopper Attachment

I actually did buy a cheaper version, and again…. Yuk. I returned it right away. This items runs soothe and works so well, since I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the vitamix stick blender I bought recently. Wow. I use it often, mostly to blend my cottage cheese for use in making keto crackers. It’s perfect if you are single, and still enjoy cooking for 1 - I do have a food processor for much larger recipes, but this sits out on my counter as a quick go to ( easy to clean, which is a winner for me). Others I’ve owned were not easy since you had to clean it, under sharp blades… not always do you get it all, and I’ve notice sour smells days after washing. So this one gets my full approval!

Great replacement works great

We love this product for its power and blend ability. We have used it for soups, smoothies, to make our own bread crumbs, etc. It is a great value, especially if you are considering a vitamin blender, this is a good place to start.

This is a great item to add to my Vitamix arsenal. I never knew it existed until I saw someone prepare a recipe using this attachment. It’s quick and easy to use and makes my meal prep so much faster. I look forward to using it all the time. Love it!

This is super powerful as all vitamix products. Sometimes the lid is hard to put on or take off which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

It is a great product from Vitamix. Very durable. Great for making food puree, so babies or older adults can eat.We can also make sauces and condiments. Everything is up to your imagination.
