Best Dock!
Have purchased many of these docking stations over the past two years. Only wish I would have known about Koncept Dell in the beginning! Comes with everything needed to get you started, and no drivers to install! Just plug and play, and with multiple choices of power supplies, you can power everything AND charge your laptop at the same time. Highly recommend!

Did not work
When researching this dock I did not see anywhere that it was refurbished, but as soon as I hit the purchase button and looked at the order it was there. Maybe I missed it? Either way, when it came in it didn't work and I returned it immediately.

Working perfectly. Provides everything I need for a laptop and two extra monitors for working perfect workstation

Came sticky and dirty.
I dont know if this was actually “refurbished” Because it came dirty. Had a sticky film on it at places. So it doesn’t seem like it was even cleaned off. I’d did come with every you need to get it hooked up to a monitor. But, it doesn’t seem to want to work with my Dell laptop. My Dell laptop works ok with my Belkin Dock most of the time. Though admittedly it’s not perfect. But this doesn’t want to connect to it at all. It does charge the laptop. And the fan kicks on. But it never displays an image on the screen. I tried my MacBook with this, And it works just fine. But for some reason none of my windows devices want to work with this thing. I’m also not a fan of this thing having a usb cord that is permanently attached to it. If that cord ever goes bad, you have to replace the whole dock? Either way, I’d pass on this and get something more reliable.

I had to purchase 2 USB to HDMI cables as they were not included.

Not good
Fan kept blowing spontaneously no matter what, would go on for 5 minutes non stop for no reason. Do not recommend at all.
