Too sweet.
I really wanted to like this, but it tasted awful in a gin martini with olives. Sweetish, so probably fine in a sweet gin drink.

Tasty non-alcoholic gin substitute.
Best flavored gin substitute I have found so far. Tastes like the real thing.

Gin and Tonic
As I get older alcohol just doesn't settle well with me like it used to, however I don't want to deprive myself of my favorite drink, Gin and Tonic. Ran across this on a whim and decided to give it a try. I have to say upon mixing 2oz with 3oz of tonic water and adding fresh lime, I was pleasantly pleased. By itself, the product has a citrusy flavor (which I really like) with a hint of botanical in the background. Stirred well it makes a refreshing drink without any regrets a few hours later or the morning after. Cheers.

NO…..just NO
This is such a disappointment. We love gin, but I personally hate the feeling of inebriation and I was hopeful this could be a solution. It is NOT. It tastes nothing like gin. It is very much like a watered down non carbonated tonic water. Very unpleasant aftertaste and I would be surprised if the claimed “award” won by this product was for anything other than most disappointing product of the year. Don’t waste your money. Don’t waste your precious time wondering if this might be an option for you. You will be disappointed. I know we are.

Change
Would have preferred that it had some flavor to it. I drink gin and tonics and this tonic seems to dominate the ovrtall drink if made the same way I make normally. I'll play with it with different portions going forward before decide how to proceed with future purchases..

Closest so Far to a Gin Alternative
I made a Lemon Drop mocktail.2 parts Pearson's gin alternative to 1 part of Lava triple sec syrup (zero alcohol orange syrup). Combine 1 to 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Rim an ice cold cocktail glass half way around with your choice of sugar (I used turbinado). Shake mixture briskly until your hand feels cold holding the shaker then pour into glass. Add a tiny splash of Zevia creme soda to top and finish with 1 or 2 lemon peel twists. nJOY!
