Everything you need for your home gym.
Let me start by saying I am extremely happy with this squat rack/personal trainer. I'll split my review in two parts.Product; quality is on par with price. Don't expect anything like Rogue or Titan, however, it does everything it says, and well. I sprayed the cables and sliders with PTFE oil and it moves very smoothly.I'm 5'7 and I can hang from the pull up bars freely with 2-4 inches below me to the ground. The height of the top most position for the cables is enough for me. Again, not as high as commercial grade gym, but it fits in my garage. The powder coat is okay. It'll protect the metal from rust, but you can rub through it over time if you aren't careful. Packaged okay. Double boxed. Had some scuffs on certain parts, but it's expected. This comes from over seas and it's gym equipment. It will get scuffed if you actually use it.Instructions were easy to follow. Unboxing took some time, but assembled alone in a couple of hours.Customer service; I have to say that this customer service was incredible. Seller will communicate with you. There was a stocking error with my order and shipping delays. I waited longer than I had hoped, but Haley always kept me updated and even provided compensation for the inconvenience.I've been using 3-4 times a week for several months and it's held up well. Bench press, dips, pull ups, lat pull down, straight leg pulls, squats, curling, low rows, tricept pull downs, chest flies, overhead shoulder press, t bar rows, and more. I love this rack/personal trainer.

Updated 2x- Basic function is Great. But issues
The media could not be loaded. Edit 1-23-2024- reach out to customer support about the missing nut and how the cable was being damaged. They emailed me within an hour apologizing getting my information to send a replacement cable and nuts talk to production about the sharp edges on the metal crowns. I've changed my rating back up to five stars after seeing how quickly they fixed any issues I had and knowing that the customer service is going to be there when I need it is absolutely fantastic. I'll still look to provide an update in one year from purchase.Edit- after additional use I am now going to reach out to customer service. The metal caps per the second last photo for the pulley system have a massive bar in it and took a gouge out of my cables on the upper side. Last photo is a picture of the cable I hope the picture came through well. I have not changed the number of stars yet I will update after I get a hold of customer service.Directions for assembly were very good and easy to follow.Packaging- This was done very well I was shocked how well this was done. The box could have taken a beating and everything would have came unharmed. The unit came in 3 packages.Looks and aesthetic are also good.Use- I have used the rack and pulley system every day for two weeks so far and the rack works well for its purpose. I have loaded 800+ lbs on the rack and it handled the weight great.Issues- 1. Missing tensioning nut, in the photo with the bolt that has the lower cable going into the bottom. This should have an nut to tension against the top. This was missing on one side only. I searched high and low its not in the packing. 2. Lower cable interferes with the safety bars as seen in the third picture. This could have been slightly offset on the back of the pully adjustment show in second picture and the pulleys on the bottom of the rack could have been also offset. When the top and low cables joined one another on the pulleys in the rear corners the offset would have been corrected with no issues. 3. Plastic sleeves for weight holders. The holders that attached to he peg system are 2" steel. The pulley holder and the "t" weight holder to the rear right side uses plastic sleeves. The sleeves are poorly made as you can see from the video clip attached they are not made straight and the weights will fall off during my workout unless clamped. I have tested the floor and rack for level. Another issue with the same sleeves but those on the pulley system. The round end cap's diameter is a hair larger than the sleeve. This causes the weight to catch the cap upon removal and send it flying. 4. Issue is there is no mention of maintenance or upkeep other than checking bolt tightness once in a while. A quick note on oiling the pulleys and using silicone spray on the pulley slides would been nice for those new to such things. 5. Rubber grips on the attachments twist and come off too easily but its hard to find a lat bar for that price and be perfect. Drilling and placing pop rivet near the edge of the bars would fix this, maybe a glue.Notes- I have not reached out to support about the missing nut and slanted sleeves. In all for the price of my purchase and my expectation. I am impressed I have the RitFit unit PPC02 with RP at my one place and this lionscool does a good job competing with that cage, noting one big difference are the attachments are better on the ritfit. I will try to update this at 1 year or after I reach out to customer support.

An excellent rack with a few minor issues
The rack itself is excellent--as good as (if not better than) any you'd find at your local gym. However, there are a few issues the company needs to address before I could call this a truly exceptional (5-star) product. First, the order of assembly in the instruction manual is problematic in some parts. For example, the instructions would have you attach the plate-and-bar rack and the rowing platform after the base is completed and even after the uprights are attached, but this would make putting in the bolts on those parts difficult as you would need to lift the entire structure to do so. In any case, reading everything in advance (before starting the assembly) is a good idea. Second, on my rack, some of the plastic endcaps on the horizontal supports were/are damaged and one was/is missing. This possibly happened during delivery. Third, the inner dip-bar handles on the dip-bar attachments are too close for me. At about 17 in. (center to center), it makes it difficult to get in and out of the rack and do pullups when the dip bars are attached, and I think most people with average shoulder length would find this too narrow. I'm OK using an inner and outer handle (with a distance of about 20.5 in., center to center), but I can't go down to parallel because the other inner handle hits me in the chest. It would be nice if the inner handles were at least 20 in. apart. Finally, the carabiners on the pully system aren't as heavy-duty (and even the cables don't seem as heavy-duty) as what you'd find on other racks and exercise equipment. Besides all that, I'm quite happy with this rack. It's strong, sturdy, and a great value for the price, so if the issues I mentioned above wouldn't be a problem for you, I definitely encourage you to get it.
