This is a repeat order for quite awhile now. One of the best magnesium supplements. Good price and good quantity also. Will continue to use it for preventing leg cramps at night and to relax for sleeping. Two tablets do the trick in the evening and occasionally three. Will help with a smooth time in the bathroom the next morning also.

Good product, works as expected to encourage continuous sleep. I am taking only a half dose to stay away from side effects though. 420 is a little high for most people, glad each pill is half their printed dosage giving the user some flexibility.
