Wolverine Men’s Floorhand Waterproof 6” Steel-Toe Work Boot

My only pair prevouslyowned have been through a lot considering I am a retired Army Chaplain and word combat boots for years. Retired and became Pastor of a Church on Hatteras Island, Hurricane Irene-Aug 2011 came and left 1 foot of muddy sea water throughout the building. I became the General Contractor, Chief Carpenter and Electrician while still covering my worship services (17 weeks in the local vounteer fire dept building. and making hospital calls as needed. My last set of combat boots bit the dust--well, actually the mud in early 2012, and since the I have done a lot of building and rewiring an old lake house. In sept 2021 we moved into a new house in a rapidly developing sub-division--my old boots and I began cleaning up after sub-contractors finished their part of the construction in agreement with the building manager on must of the houses, In the mud and in the sweat I got to keep all scrap that might be usable in building ashed on my property, once I get the permits. My new boots and I--(My old 10 year old buddy are falling apartand I retired them 6 Sept and began wearing my new Wolverines on 12 Sept. I pray to outlive this pair, but I will have me wife pass them on to her daughter's husband--he likes to play in mud and building houses also.

There is a big difference on where the boots you get are made for these wolverines. I’ve seen two different manufacturers for this boot, one is made in China and one is made in Bangladesh.The boots that are made in China are awful. You can visibly see the glue all over the sides, the stitching is sloppy and even the materials feel different. I also noticed the boots made in China had a bigger toe cap which made them look like clown shoes. The build quality seems so much worse and feel a lot cheaper than the other manufacturer.The boots that are made in Bangladesh were of much better quality. The stitching is much more cleaner and there is no visible glue anywhere. The overall build quality is like night and day compared to the ones made in China.These are overall good boots if you get the ones made in bangladesh. I’ve been wearing them for a few months now without any issues. I think a lot of these poor reviews are people who are getting the made in China version which looks and feels like a cheap boot.

The one I previously received caused pain in my back right ankle but this new one is very good, 5 ⭐

My husband loves them and they are really comfortable for him. We did Amazon try before you buy and I ordered expensive ones and these were the ones!

I am a fan of wolverine boots and this pair is everything I expected from them. So far they are great

Good boot overall. Left boot plastic around heal area rubs my foot ace had to add extra padding. But overall decent boot for the money

I normally wear Wolverine boots, and couldn't find what I wanted in the shops, so Amazon was my next choice, and these boots were just the sort I wanted. They cost less than anything I found in the shps!!!

It’s been like 3-4 weeks and they look to be doing fine I’m not sure how long they will last but if your looking for something that you can really on for 1.5 years I think this boot will do good for you and definitely for me since I really needed some new ones

Good fit but not CSA certified. Returned for a pair that is.

The heel area is a little Large. Rest of the boot fits just right but my heel slips a little. I put in an insole which filed the space a little

it was good and comfortable for barely a month after that lost its durability.
