Peewee that plays like a pro
I have a Grundig SW AM/FM that I bought 20 years ago to DX with. I have not DXed in a long time, and recently dug out my Grundig while cleaning out for a garage sale. I started playing with it again and watching Todderbert on Youtube review radios. After watching Todderbert, I bought an XHData D608WB radio as a small traveling AM/NOAA radio for camping and road trips. I am very happy with it, but now I want one that is pocket size and can easily fit in my motorcycle tank bag. I watched reviews on Youtube and ended up buy this little guy. Once I got it, I realized it is really tiny, and I thought I might have wasted my money. I found it a few days ago on sale for under $30 and pulled the trigger. There are multiple clones, and this is probably a clone...who know who the real manufacturer is, but this one was the cheapest clone. I got it yesterday, and started playing with it. I got my XHData, as a control, and sat outside for some daytime DXing. This little guy matches the XHData punch for punch. The sound is way above tinny, and it brings in distant stations just as well as the XH. It does not have a way to attach a long wire, but it is not meant to be a pro DXer. It is meant to be a pocket radio that you can transport easily. Both the XH and this little radio are solid performers for am/fm/noaa. I don't care about SW, just am and weather. If you are looking for a portable radio to carry on a trip or inexpensively listen to am radio for the talk, news, and sports, you cannot go wrong with either of these radios. The XH is small, but the ZHIWHIS is tiny. If I had to pick only one, I would pick this one, because it does everything the XH does, and just as well. I got the XH for on sale with a coupon too for under $35, so no big investment for either radio. However, they perform way above their cost. I think I am done now with purchasing as I have my two little guys and my Grundig for serious DXing. Oh, and both the XH and ZHI have mp3, and sound quite well with headphones. They are not pro audio, but if you are sitting around a campfire, or just sitting outside on a nice evening, you can relax with a pair of headphones and some mp3s. Hope this helps. I am not a paid reviewer, nor did I get any solicitation to review these radios. I am just very pleased with both my purchases, and I get mostly crap these days when I buy something, so these are worth writing a review for. Everybody complains about Chines crap, but the reseller tells the Chinese manufacturer what specs to make their stuff to. These radios are Chinese brands, but the specs are solid. Don't be afraid to buy either one of these, but buy the cheapest clone. This is not a review so much for the ZHIWHIS brand as it is for the model of this radio. I think Raddy makes this little radio also, or another Chinese company...I cannot remember, but this was the cheapest clone as I said.

Amazing Features in a Small Package
I purchased this radio on sale and I am shocked at what I got for that price. It is an amazing sounding radio that is so tiny. It comes in a cool looking gray case to start with decent earbuds and to my surprise, a long antenna wire for FM or shortwave reception. Selectivity is pretty good as well. The red, white and blue color reminds me of GE radios during the bicentennial. The weather band with NOAA alert worked perfectly with recent severe weather we have had here. I have yet to try the SD card functions but I did try out using it as a simple bluetooth speaker and it worked great for that. I've never seen a radio that size before with such a great sound. Build quality is good too and it feels solid when you hold it. Just be careful of that tiny antenna as I can imagine it is very delicate.

A pesar de ser tan pequeño tiene muy buen sonido.
The media could not be loaded. Gracias

Good sound Great reception.
The ZHIWHIS Shortwave Radio is easy to set up when you download the app on your phone, though you can operate it without the phone app too. The reception sems to be pretty good, especially if you attach the included antenna. FM come in the best then weather channel, then AM, SW, and VHF. I'm not finding any BBC world service nor Duetsche Welle. Radio Marti seems to come in fine and the various religious programming. I've yet to pick up anything on VHSEach channel has its own color code. Weather is Red. FM/VHF are Green, AM is Purple, and SW is yellow. The small speaker puts out good, clear sound. The radio is pretty small and can easily fit in a shirt pocket like an old transistor back in the day. Comes with a nice storage box and can be recharged via USB. Come with a long wire antenna to increase range. This antenna comes in handy with my regular short wave too. I can pick up a wide range of channels with it.The ZHIWHIS Shortwave Radio is a nice little radio for the mocey,
