I Should have done this years ago. It has already come in handy often especially for when you need a quick measurement without having to dig for a handheld tape measure. I installed it on my bench in a Midwest winter when the temp was in the 20s in an unheated garage. It adhered just fine. I did run my low temp heat gun across it before my final pressing to help insure it will stick semi-permanently. Dont know if that helped or not but it has adhered great. I like the fact that it's a thin film which doesnt have a thick edge to catch when I'm cleaning the bench. The hash Mark's are well defined in good contrast. I expected some stretching from pulling it tight during installation, So I checked the measurements on the tape with a machinists ruler....both SAE and metric and it is dead on. Highly recommended. Review: Works as intended - Bought to stick on my 56" tool box top, stuck well, and trimmed to fit easily.
