I bought this sound toy for my toddler, and it has been a huge hit in our house. The sounds are clear, not too loud, and actually pleasant compared to many other kids’ toys. My child loves pressing the buttons and repeating the sounds—it’s helping with speech, animal recognition, and even following simple instructions. The toy feels sturdy, the colors are bright, and it keeps my little one busy for a long time. I also love that the volume has different levels, so it doesn’t get overwhelming. It’s the perfect mix of fun and learning. Definitely recommend it

My newly turned three-year-old loves this product! Super easy to use and very educational. The device has great instructions and requires two AA batteries. Kept us busy and learning for hours on end! A great deal for the price!!

Great got my grandson he loves it

I bought this for my 2.5 year old, and she is loving all the cards and activities. The touch buttons are very interactive and easy to press, and she is having a great time learning new words. My only complaints are as follows: 1. The blue touch button on all the cards that switches the language from English to Spanish would be better as a press button of some sort on the side rather than a touch button on the card. My daughter hits it on accident constantly. She is still learning basic English, so she gets confused when it switches to Spanish midway through working through the words and activities. 2. It'd be nice if the cards were a bit more snug in the tablet reader. You can tip it upside down and the cards will fall right out... so you can imagine how easy it is for the cards to just get slightly moved to the point where it's unseated and the buttons can't be pushed anymore. For an older child this might not be a big deal, but it requires more supervision and adult assistance for younger toddlers.

So far so good. My son and I both really enjoy the content included with it and for educational purposes for very young kids it is good. Unfortunately it is not rechargeable which is a major negative. Also even on the highest setting it is very difficult to hear unless you're in a quiet house . In our vehicle and in grocery stores and pretty much anywhere else we've taken it the environmental noise is enough to completely drown up the device unless you put your ear against it. And finally the images are very cartoonish which is a major downside from my family at least . I can say that there are no other similar devices on the market that I've been able to find with realistic images either but it would be nice if some companies would begin to offer that . In the meantime I am looking into seeing if I can edit the original cards with realistic images myself as a workaround. We have not yet had it long enough to see if it is durable but even for a very young toddler once you explain how to use it it's easy to learn and use and unlike similar devices it does not default to mindless music and entertainment when the cards are removed which is great. The need for batteries, the low device volume, and the cartoonish images are the reasons I did not give five stars. I included one of the edited images in case anyone was interested and in case the company cares enough to review this it would be beyond amazing if any of the companies producing these kind of things would realize that there are a lot of families who want realistic rather than cartoon images. Those of us doing Montessori or Waldorf or many other types of education do not want cartoon images.

this is a great child's gift

This was a gift for my granddaughter and I can't give much info for her actual learning just yet but I did want to let anyone purchasing this in one of the recent comments says this uses AA batteries. That is incorrect, it uses 4 AAA batteries. Will update review once I see her playing with it.

Easy to use. Parents need to interact with child while playing with it. Cards are easy to lose need a box to keep them in. Sound is good. Words easy to hear and understand. Solid construction easy to use buttons.
