Not the best and not the worst.
The mixer tap came packed neatly and securely, in good condition. After I have gone over the initial step of inspecting what I received in the box, I was then interested in finding out how to fix it to the sink, point at which I started looking for the instructions... which were not present. Next thing I have done at this point was to google how to install a pull-out mixer kitchen tap where I found plenty of information and videos which frankly I think they were far more explicit then the instructions booklet potentially provided with the tap.The tap itself is made out of stainless steel, not a very thick one I must add and the pull out head, although it looks like it's made of stainless steel as well, it's made of a harder stainless steel look alike plastic but then again if the pull-out head would be too heavy then it will be more difficult to retract efficiently. As an installation tip, the two black hoses connect with each other and also under the sink there should be some clear way for the counter balance weight to move up and down when the pull-out hose is used. The hoses seem to be of a good material with some protective coating as you would expect. What I don't like that much is the fact that the actual lever is quite thin with not so polished edges and also as the tap is quite tall, you would need to tighten the nut underneath the sink very hard however the tightening nut doesn't give me too much confidence it can withstand the forces needed and in teh end the tap does move a bit.The fact that they have tried to maintain the price as low as possible is reflected in the overall quality of the product and the attention to details also speak for themselves, like the misspelling on the box for example.

Disappointing!
Disappointing..But on the other hand, it's only £20 ish and we all know how expensive taps are in our local DIY superstores!...I guess you get what you pay for in the long run.I ordered this on the basis of our present tap needing replacing in the very near future..But not with this one I'm afraid..its too flimsy and frankly I would need a new sink too as this tap height makes it wobble..Sorry, not for me!

Not great, no installation guide.
I got this as our current mixer tap was looking dated and thought we could do with a change to something more modern. The pull out neck was a nice addition. The unit itself is made mostly of metal or plastic. The neck, the mixer outer and handle are metal. The head is made of almost entirely plastic and then you have got four water lines. The waterlines are decently thick and have a outer casing to protect them. The mount is made of plastic and the threads are plastic. There is a weight which is attached to the line for the tap which pulls the head back into placeThe good - The unit looks nice from a metre away. The brushing on the neck is quite nice and it feels quite solid. The pull out hose is a nice addition and the button to change from normal flow to a spray is useful. It is quite cheap for everything you are getting. The bad - The unit is quite poorly constructed, there is a lot of slop in the base to mounting. My unit after installing wobbles a good cm from side to side. The edging on the handle is quite sharp, it doesn't look to of had any edge treatment and could cut your hand. The head is entirely made of plastic, it has a lot of flex in it and the buttons aren't made of thick plastic, so I worry for their longevity. The head also does not seat back to the correct position when put away, the head sits at a slight angle and has a small gap at one side. The unit has a brushed finish on it, however its not all uniform. The neck has the best brushing, it is fine and consistent, however the head looks a much shinier brushed finish. The handle and base have a less noticeable brushed finish which lead the whole unit to look a little mismatched. If you look closely at the product photos, you can see this..The mounting is done by threading into plastic, the whole tap needs to be rotated to get this into place, which makes it rather difficult to not cross thread the fine and weak plastic threads. The unit after this still has a decent amount of play to it. The hoses barely fit through the plastic mounting bracket. The worst part of all of this is that there is no instructions. It says that you can install this in 20 minutes but took me about an hour of trial and error to get it installed. Two of the hoses into the unit connect into one another?! The box, looks to have multiple spelling mistakes or grammatical errors on it "Swlveling", "Conven ent" and "Casually Smoked Pull" which didn't inspire confidence during the unboxing..The redeeming factors of this unit and why it isn't getting one star are that, it does actually work as a tap, the function of normal tap and spray tap are useful, and finally that the price is so cheap! However I would not recommend this for someone.

Great, affordable, a bit flimsy
It’s a great value and I love the style but there were no instructions included and it was a bit hard to put all 4 connectors through and it is a bit flimsy compared to other taps that I've had before. You should check height before buying especially if you have cabinets over the sink.

Good spare
Not the best made, a bit hollow.Look the part but might not last long.Quality is OK, slightly thin, not very solid.A nice temporary solution, or to try before moving to a similar layout. The hoses and fittings do seems pretty solid.Good value at only £16.

Very bad build quality and flimsy design
The tap arrived with damaged not due to transport. It has scratches, rust and some of the elements were falling apart. The design is very flimsy and "cheap" looking to say the least. I would not recommend this because it is not worth it.
