Real Cica Pad - Restores Skin Barrier Soothes Gently Exfoliates & Cleanses (Cica Micellar Pad)

I tried a few different chemical exfoliates over the past year and found the Neogen Cica Pad to be the best. I was skeptical at first because it isn't a super strong formula; however, it is suitable for everyday use unlike other chemical exfoliants. What I love about this product is that it doesn't irritate my skin at all and has zero fragrance and won't clash with a hydrating toner (don't use with an alcohol toner). The formula is like a 'bouncy' water, which is hydrating for the skin. It is also priced affordably for such a large amount of pads. The pad is also great! Very large and covers a lot of area quickly. The only issue I have with the pads is that you have to pay attention to what side you are using. Yes, there is a difference. One side is quilted, allowing you to gently exfoliate dead skin and dirt, while the other is flat for finishing. It isn't easy to notice at first! Just a small detail but overall the product is amazing and will be a staple for my routines going forward. Have already started gifting it to some of my friends.

I've been using these for almost a month now and can finally give my official thoughts on these toner pads. I have dry, dehydrated, sensitive and acne-prone skin as well as a damaged moisture barrier. I purchased these to use as a quicker application of toner in the morning and at night since my schedule doesn't allow time to do a full on routine. Each pad comes out of the jar soaked in essence. Even after rubbing it all over my face, there's enough essence left to take it down to my neck and chest. The essence itself is hydrating and soothing, calming down my irritated skin while also not clogging up my pores. It has a slight scent but nothing that's unpleasant or stings my nose. The PHA in these is super gentle so there's no noticeable exfoliation going on and I can use these daily without overexfoliating my skin. I definitely will continue to repurchase these.

This is a great AHA/BHA alternative for sensitive skin. I personally don't have sensitive skin and use it on day that I don't us harsher AHA/BHA treatments. You can still get a VERY gentle exfoliation without having to worry about redness and can use vitamin-c and retinol with it so that makes it convenient. The jar is huge and you are left with plenty of serum after all the pads are used up so I just there more cotton round in it .

I received the Korean packaging for this even though the pictures were of the English packaging. The pads are still nice, though, very gentle but still has some exfoliating action.

I was hoping for more exfoliating from the pad. The pads are super saturated and there is a lot of the product on the pad (almost too much). I guess I was hoping for a drier pad to do more exfoliating. I gave super sensitive skin and my face felt a little right after using this but My rosacea didn’t flare up.

I purchased these Cica pads to help with an adverse skin reaction to a different skin care product. They really, really calmed my skin down and helped with the redness. My sensitive skin loves these! They are also supposed to help with collagen and moisturizing. I’ve only used this for about a month now, but I plan on buying more after I run out. Sometimes you try a new product and it doesn’t work out like you hoped, but sometimes is does. These Cica pads definitely worked out like I hoped. They work really quickly too - I could see a difference the next day after using the evening before. I definitely recommend this.

Cannot count how many of these I've gone through over the years. It's a very gentle toner pad. I love that it's not harsh. Sometimes there are hidden alcohols. Granted they are lower on the list like nunbuzin no 5 pads. It after I get it home I realize: darn there's alcohol...

This is not exfoliating at all. They are extremely thin soaked pads that are hard to separate from each other.

I’m very happy with the product for the amount of time I’ve had it I recommend this to anyone who has skincare concerns I also recommend reading the product information as you can really see a difference quickly One little thing is these pads are very thin and try making sure you get one at a time

朝の拭き取り用に買いました。 キッチンペーパーみたいなパッドだと思いました。パッド自体に吸収力がないので、保湿力はないです。敏感肌にはいいかもしれません。刺激は少なそうです。 すごく粗悪な商品とは思わないです。 リピはしないです。

Treat this as a cleansing pad which calms your skin, while getting off all the residual junk from your skin. I use it after washing my face, and it mildly exfoliates as well. I like that you get 90 pads which makes it a good value for money.

Would definitely buy again!
