I'm always looking for different styles of hot sauce to change things up, so seeing a Thai Chili sauce caught my eye. So far I've used it on pizza, grilled chicken, rice with sauteed veggies, and my eggs - and it's been great on all options!First the heat level - I'd describe it as a little hotter than tabasco, but more gradual in its intensity due to the other flavors. It's not just a straight vinegar heat that tabasco brings so it grows over time. From the picture I added you can see how much I put on, and it only was mildly spicy (with all the other flavors in my breakfast sandwich).The flavor is great! It tastes a bit of lime, and reminds me of a lot of "green" hot sauces you typically have at Mexican places. But the lime flavor gives it more of a Thai/Asian spin, and there are other flavors mixed in (curry?).I highly recommend it on eggs, it really added a unique flavor to my breakfast without completely overwhelming the meal. And I'll note that the sauce comes out slowly, which is great since I don't have an accident and dump half the bottle on my food which can happen with those wide-mouth bottles some sauces come in.Definitely recommend this - it's a unique flavor that differs from many others out there.

It's light and smooth with no vinegary taste. The heat is at the level of fresh habanero without tasting anything like it. It's a slowly building heat in addition to an immediate warmth, and leaves some tingle on the tongue and lips. Very nice and unusual !

This sauce has a nice even heat (no seeds no extract). It's not nuclear, though, it's hotter than Tabasco. It's flavor is perfectly balanced with garlic, ginger and basil in addition to the Thai green chilies. There's no unpleasant aftertaste like some other green hot sauces I've tried. There's neither overt notes nor is it too salty or vinegary. So it's quite versatile as it won't completely overtake the flavor of your food. I've used it on several different foods so far and most recently to spice up some homemade guacamole and pesto. I'm sure it would also be good in dips, on tacos or burritos, hamburgers, pasta, rice or any number of things that you want to kick up a notch! I plan to buy it again when I run out.

Flavor is good, but I expected some heat. Simply, does not deliver in that area.

This is a delicious and versatile sauce! I know that green hot sauces tend to get a bad reputation for being weak on flavor - that’s not the case here.Sure it comes marketed as a Thai sauce, but I think this is a real versatile flavor. I’ve been using this sauce in my black beans quesadillas and it shines! I wouldn’t call it a creamy sauce, but it’s definitely less vinegar forward then many reds - which is a great change of pace. My only complaint is that the bottle itself has a small opening, so it pours the sauce slowly. Of course that’s nothing that a quick *SMACK* on the bottom won’t fix.

I love this hot sauce! I was looking for a hot sauce in particular to spice up Asian food dishes but this is now my favorite hot sauce for anything that I want to kick up with heat. It is definitely hot but is very flavorful and the heat does not overpower the flavor. Flavor and heat is a balance of heat and flavor that will enhance any dish.

WOWZA! This hot sauce is definitely HOT! the flavor is delicious and the consistency is right on! If you love a truly hot sauce you will love dragons breath! My husband loves it and will buy again.
