Curtains are exactly as advertised. We did buy a track to attach to the ceiling so the curtains can hang directly from the ceiling over her top bunk. They block out most light. They help her feel cozy and safe, allowing her to stay in bed on her own when she wakes in the night. Now she goes back to sleep on her own instead of waking me up scared, needing me to be able to go back to sleep. I am finally a well rested mama.

So, they're definitely a little on the sheer side, and the fabric tears with relative ease. Maybe not great for small kids. BUT I love the design and aesthetic. They provide a good bit of visual privacy. I didn't use the thread and hooks provided, they were cheap feeling and ruined the aesthetic. I got little circle curtain hooks and used the bunk bed holes and curtain holes to hang it up and it works great.

This gets the job done, but it is really not much different than a sheet put up with some wholes cut in it, and rope strung through it. For the price, the quality could be better. The value for the money is not worth it. The size is correct though. It really does not block a lot of light, but it will block for privacy if needed.

Very simple and light weight, but is a good value for what it's supposed to do. Doesn't block all light but is effective at night. One flaw is the weak eyelets and plastic rings. I've had one ring break and an eyelet tear out under normal use.
