Microsoft Office Professional 2021

Yes, it’s genuine Microsoft Office with all the features for a fraction of the real cost. Initially you think it’s a scam but the letter with the key code arrived swiftly in a couple of days with written instructions. It can be tricky to download but once it’s done just put in the key code and you are up and running. Took about an hour to uninstall all previous versions and install the new version. Only downside is that it is only for the one machine. If you change machines you need a new code.To sum up a great product at a fantastic price with great service from the supplier.

I bought this as a one off purchase as opposed to the windows 365 annual renewable subscription that is offered with windows 11 and is not economical at all, when all I wanted was a usable version of Word!

Initially a little concerned, after reading some reviews, about the installation. Needn't have bothered - it was all so easy and straightforward - two codes provided, one short, one long ( I assume as a backup option).I chose the short code, no problems whatsoever. The 5 step installation procedure was staightforward, although I believe I used ENTER where it says click MOUNT. Installed and activated in under 10 minutes, albeit with full fibre broadband, and not counting removing previous Office versions andrebooting.I had one minor query which was answered satisfactorily, and promptly by the vendor's support line.I'm no computer whizz kid, merely an ancient user who was initially concerned about the need to remove previous versions - needn't have been.I'm now getting another for my laptop !

The product key arrives by post so you'll have to wait a couple of days (note it's supposed to be signed for delivery). The whole process can take around 40 minutes but most of that is waiting for the large Microsoft file to download. It's very easy. We ordered 2 for different machines and no issues

Update - the company were quick to issue a new product key which worked well. Also, re uninstalling previous MS Office, this seems to be the only thing you need to uninstall. The other office components were still visible and opened on my laptop. But when I installed Office 21 they immediately updated to office 21 ( after entering the new Activation code) and removed the reference to Office 365.Uninstalling previous MS office 365 was complicated because so many Microsoft components were left on my computer and so I was confused. However, the suppliers of this MS 21's WhatsApp help line does not respond to help requests in a timely manner, i.e. I still haven't heard from them. Still, i went ahead and downloaded the software using the quick link. I'm not sure that was advisable, and probably to be safe one should only use the microsoft.com link. Once downloaded I received the error message "Your copy of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 cannot be activated because the specified Product key has already been activated the maximum number of times permitted for your software licence as specified in the Microsoft Software licence Terms." Make of that what you will!

I wasted a lot of time and became extremely frustrated by the fact that my laptop couldn't/wouldn't download the software. I was about to claim a refund when I saw a review which said as a headline DON'T use the short download link! Phew! It worked fine after that.Denim Pro Soft need to make a point of saying this on their skimpy sheet. It is SO IMPORTANT!Thank God for 'Phil' !

Good price for package. Easily downloaded & installed. I had to contact supplier after install because licence code didn't work. Quickly & easily rectified. All MS programs work without issue.
