Good but was missing a seasoning pack
I love Katz products, have had many of them many times. The stuffing held together well, but they forgot to put the seasoning pouch in one box (came with 2 boxes), so when I made the 2 boxes together for Easter, there wasn’t much flavor, but it served it’s gluten free purpose.

This product does not taste good
While I have had other Katz products and have enjoyed them, this was not good. First of all, the texture was terribly mushy and grainy. Secondly, by using chicken broth plus the seasoning packet, it was way too salty that none of us could eat it. I tried to do a return as I bought 6 boxes as it was more cost effective to purchase that amount instead of one, but they do not accept returns. I should have ordered one but because I have eaten other products by Katz, I assumed it would be great. I was wrong. Hopefully Katz will read this and perhaps offer me something in its place. I will be sadly be getting rid of these. Donating them seems cruel as if I didn’t like it, why would I share it with others.

The flavor is off
I could say that this works since it's gluten free and we ought to be happy for what we get. Well, not so! I have been GF for years now and I feel I've been spoiled, there are just so many good tasting products out there. But this isn't one of them. I baked it in the oven and the texture is perfectly fine, but the herbs are super strong and off-putting for me, even though half of the spice pouch content was free floating in the boxes, sanding spice all over my counter before opening. I would've been better off just use the bread and make up my own spices. That being said, the family ate it, so it didn't go to waste. I had hoped to use this for Christmas, now I won't. Not worth it with torn spice pouches and having to use my own spices to make it taste good. I will just make it from scratch at this point, for cheaper too.

My go to GF stuffing now
I’ve been eating gluten free for a while, but even my gluten eating family thought it was decent. It’s the usual slightly off texture based of the gluten version, but I loved it. I only added half the seasoning which helped the salty overload some people had, especially when using broth as the base (which was a lower sodium one too). Used 4 boxes to fill a 13x9 glass dish, I also followed the optional directions (which I think shouldn’t say optional it helped a lot) threw some butter pats on top and baked to make it more crispy on top and less mushy as gluten free tends to be.

Doesn’t taste great.
I know gluten free doesn’t usually taste great, but was still disappointed. My nephew has Celiac, so I was trying to make my usual stuffing, but with gluten free ingredients so he could enjoy it. Won’t do that again!
