BrooksMen's, Ghost 15 GTX Running Shoe

Goretex will make your feet sweat but it’s fine because you don’t need to wear it everywhere. Not a wide toe fit but comfortable enough and holds up and is durable enough. Very versatile, hiking and running. Performs well and I got it for $100 so I’m not complaining. Good value.

Husband loves the quality, softness and support. He walks everyday and loves them.

Tried many brands of Gortex running/walking shoes for everyday wear including inclement weather. Acknowledging that a great fit in footwear is very individual, here's why I'm stating this is best for me. Sole has soft cushion. Definitely softer than gortex shoes labeled for trail running/walking. Bottom of shoe has good traction but isn't greatly serrated and deep so that particles get stuck on the sole. Going up and down inclines and stairs are comfortable. Sides are supportive but not stiff. In black, the shoe is stylish enough to wear in the office; is a great travel shoe for almost all weather occasions (haven't tried winter snow). Lightweight enough. As other reviews have stated, it's perhaps a few millimeters on the short side so consider going up a 1/2 size if current size is tight. I did not have to size up. So good I'm buying a second pair.

I had to return the previous pair and size up- I normally wear a 10 1/2 to 11 but with these I needed an 11 1/2. The top is also a bit tight but I stand on hard floors all day and these offer so much more cushioning than my other shoes, plus it’s Gore-Tex

Needed a pair of waterproof comfortable shoes. Hadn’t necessarily thought of buying Brooks as I usually just buy them for running but since they were suggested to me when I searched waterproof shoes I figured I’d try them. They are waterproof and very comfortable! (Ok granted I am not immersing my feet in a pool of water 100% of the time but I need them to hold up to commuting about 30 min. daily by bike/foot in a rainy climate and they have definitely succeeded!). And because they are Brooks, I imagine they are more comfortable than some other types of waterproof shoes since brooks are known for durability and comfort. Very happy with this purchase. Worth the $$$.

Bought this shoe because I wanted waterproof shoes to run and walk when it just rained outside. Now ended up using this shoe for not only running and exercising while it is rainy/wet but everyday because of how amazing it feels. The quality is good. The sole is very supportive and offers neutral support. My knees and feet do not hurt anymore after running my normal 2 mile runs. It did take time to get used to and it gave me Achilles blisters-solution to this was to tie a runners knot so the heel does not slip so easily/frequently.

These shoes are excellent and what I have come to expect from this brand. I've been buying Brooks Ghost for years now and I am never disappointed. They are always comfortable and have such a nice streamline design. I also like that these are waterproof which is good for dog walking on wet mornings

I work outside at a golf course cleaning the carts as they are brought back in. On my feet at least 6 hours a shift, 2 shifts per week. Needed a shoe with good support and had to be waterproof due to the nature of the job so these seemed like a good choice when I bought them.I expected them to last for a while cause I was tired or replacing cheaper “waterproof” hiking shoes every 6 months because the sole would separate from the shoe. So I bought these and paid about 3X what I normally paid for cheaper things. Well guess what…these only lasted 2 months longer and then the sole of the right shoe did the exact same thing. So I’ll never buy these things again.

Brooks Ghost 15 GTX were highly rated on UK running websites. They commented specifically about their grip on wet roads and pavement. I've always run in New Balance and Nike but wanted to try Brooks based on the reviews.These shoes are down right dangerous!!! Nevermind running, even walking on wet pavements, cobblestones, and anything but the grittiest of surfaces will cause major slipping. It feels like you're walking on a sheet of ice! There's no traction at all!Returning the shoes and buying New Balance again.

I walk so many steps I get through two pairs of these every year. But they’re so comfy they motivate me to get outdoors and I love them.

Avevo già preso altri modelli Brooks ghost 15 e quindi ho deciso di provare anche queste in gorotex.Sono molto confortevoli, calzano bene, resistono all'acqua (con grossi temporali purtroppo il piede si bagna).La camminata risulta ancor più gradevole rispetto alle sorelle ghost 15 no gorotex.

Ich war sehr gespannt, was da für - in anderen Rezensionen als so hervorragend beschriebene - Sneaker auf dem Weg zu mir waren - jetzt verstehe ich das, kann es nur bestätigen und sie haben das Zeug zu echten Lieblingsschuhen zu werden.Im Einzelnen: - 1. Lieferung kam extrem schnell, Abends bestellt, am nächsten Nachmittag in der Paketbox, Kompliment an Amazon!2. Ich habe die Passform minimal größer gewählt, das paßt bestens, auch wenn zum Abend hin die Füße gelegendlich etwas anschwellen.3. Super Paßform, extrem leicht und angenehm am Fuß beim Tragen, die Sohle dämpft sehr gut und gibt gut Halt (Normalerweise gehe ich sehr viel barfuß - in diesen Schuhen habe ich den Eindruck Fuß-gepolstert zu schweben! sehr angenehm.)4. Die Qualitätsanmutung und Verarbeitung erscheint auf den ersten Eindruck hin sehr gut zu sein, das muß und wird sich demnächst vermutlich auf unseren großen WoMo-Touren bestätigen (ich werde berichten).Fazit: Diese Schuhe rücke ich nicht freiwillig wieder raus, eher kaufe ich mir noch ein zweites Paar! Ich bin echt begeistert von diesen Schuhen.

Der Schuh ist perfekt !Die Größenangaben sind genau 👍🏻Er ist so leicht, dass man ihn am Fuß kaum bemerkt 👍🏻Ideal für Spaziergänge, Wanderung oder Mammut Läufe 👍🏻Kann ich jedem empfehlen !!!
