Super good for the price. My cat loves it and is on it constantly, good for those cats who like to climb and jump. Easy to set up, looks good and minimal. Carpet is starting to be ripped up where it is constantly scratched, had it for a few months, but for the price I might just buy another one when I move.

Needed something for my cat to use to get to her bed at the top of the closet. She had previously been using my clothes to claw her way up.Set up was a breeze, the low ceilings in my basement made it so I didn't need to cut any of the plastic support rods. I even had to leave out 1 platform and one center extension. If she ever claws through the material I can use these for replacements.She was a bit cautious of the tree since it does has some wobble to it, not enough to fall over, but enough that she was nervous using it. I managed to fit it up against the wall of the closet which gave it enough tension/support that it's very solid now.Took her 3 days to start using it to get up and down but now it's the only way she uses. Great purchase!

We bought this used and there is always some risk, especially when you buy for cats. Ours is an non-neutered male so of course the hesitation is did another cat use this and leave a scent our cat finds offending? That's the biggest risk we faced but the description said it came in it's original packaging so really, how much use could it have had?Upon receipt we found most of the wrappings in the box (plastic, foam, etc) had been removed and things clanked loosely. Not that big of an issue, really as all parts were present. It is in excellent shape and appears to have been assembled at least once from the imprint on the boards. But it's relatively clean. The base has some sort of white sticky-tac like substance but it doesn't seem to be harmful to the product or offensive to the cat.The cat, having decided the panels were good enough to sit on while on my lap, led me to believe it's good enough for him too. Assembly was really very easy and straightforward. There were no instructions in the box but we were able to figure it all out and have it put together in about 5 minutes with another 5 minutes fiddling with it to decide exactly where and how we wanted it set up.It's very narrow for our large cat. And it's not very padded which he's not too thrilled about. I've moved a food dish to one of the upper tiers to help him understand this belongs to him and is his space, but it really needs a bed on it to get him really comfortable. Our older cat isn't interested in climbing and jumping so the levels are spaced a bit too far for him. We have positioned it behind a recliner to make it easier for him to get to the middle tier so he can look out the window if he wants but he really won't go up to the top. I can easily see young cats racing up and down this thing, though, and it's sturdy enough for our large cat and a cat that might be even larger could use it to climb to higher levels.This tree is customizable; the boards can be turned and twisted to suit the needs of the household. It's part of the Easy Kitty building system making it even more customizable though at that moment I'm not finding it so easy to locate replacement parts (probably because the instructions were not in the previously opened box.) That's just one of the risks of a used item. But I do know that all of the Easy Kitty building system items are modular and should work together. And I will enjoy working this out with our cat. Our two 6 month old kittens love this thing. They race around the house and throw thmselves at it, at full speed. They play quite aggressively on it. It wiggled & wobbles but has not ever looked ready to fall. They loved climbing up right away. Coming down required some trial and error. We installed it in front of the sliding glass doors. They watch birds and squirrels from all the perches. They so love the height. They lay on the top perch and dangle an arm, like he's the king of the world. The fabric is weird, like cheap car carpet or something. It catches their claws often. I think I'm going to wrap the pile in rope. Maybe cover the perches in a more friendly fabric. This product was an open box Amazon deal so it was missing a single bolt. The company website said I can order a $2.55 parts kit butthey charge $13.50 for shipping! Ridiculous! It's a good product.

I bought this product because I wanted a cat tree but was worried about having to move something heavy since I am not staying in my place for very long. The tree arrived in a box, with the product easy to assemble. It takes up almost no space in my room whatsoever since all of the surface area is vertical. My cat absolutely loves the tree, the material looks nice in my room and is great for scratching, and the offset platforms make it easy for her to climb to the top. The second I set it up my cat was scratching it and climbing up, so I was very satisfied from the beginning. I have had this product for about a month now and it is still holding up really well, although the material is frayed from her scratching. It wobbles slightly when she jumps onto it but since it is attached to the ceiling by a spring, I'm not concerned about it falling over and she has never been bothered.Love this product ! Great value for the price for sure.

The media could not be loaded. It was an immediate hit with Anna and she uses it all the time but it’s wrecked already where she scratches mostly it’s actually coming away from the pole

The height is perfect for my beam ceiling. U dont have to cut off the rod to adjust and simply push the rod down the top spring to fit your ceiling. Easy to assemble for someone whos not handy.
