This was great at holding the dress fluffed out. It held its shape and was super easy to adjust. It ties in back. My daughter is average height and weight and this fit fine. It's good quality for the price.

Just beautiful. Bought for 13 yr old to wear under a 1770’s dress. Great size. Great workmanship. Better than we expected. This will fit her as she grows because the waistline is open with a tie to close it.
