This product arrived melted down to the plastic. the Re-Frizer-briix didn't seem to work. Couldn't pull the cheese from the plastic wrapping. was very discouraged; not available to eat.Would appreciate a refund. None of the cheese pieces would be removed from the tray. Will NEVER purchase this product again. A refund would help heal the long wait.
