As someone with sensitive knees, I'd been avoiding floor exercises and yoga poses that required kneeling – until I found this OZE SPORTS mat. The extra-thick NBR foam is an absolute dream. It provides so much cushioning that I can comfortably hold kneeling poses, do sit-ups, or even lie on my side without any pressure points. Yet it's still firm enough to feel stable during standing poses. The mat has a nice non-slip texture on both sides, so I don't slide around during sweaty sessions. It's also surprisingly lightweight and rolls up easily for storage. The size is generous – plenty of room to stretch out fully. I've used it on hardwood floors and tiles, and it stays put without creeping. NBR foam is also known for being durable and easy to clean, and so far this mat has held up perfectly – no tears, no compression, no weird smells. For the price, the quality is outstanding. I've recently joined a pilates class and found their mats to be heavy to move about so thought it best to invest in my own. This one arrived literally the next day and was exactly as described. I was really pleased with the quality, thickness, lovely colour and size. It is perfect for the different activities, doesn't slide around, is comfortable and being lightweight with a carry strap makes it so easy to transport. Cleaning and drying is really quick which makes the functionality ideal and for storing it afterwards.

Replacement to my old foam mat. Used for yoga, workouts and weights. Good quality, foams durrable but soft and comfortable. Only lost a star for stoarge as found the strap way too tight for the mat so had to use another for transporting and rolling up. Its thick but has been worn down a but in only a couple of months.

This yoga mat is fantastic. It’s incredibly light but still thick and really comfortable to use. The straps are a great addition — they keep the mat neatly rolled up after a session and double as a handy carrier. Even my husband loves it, and he’s over 6’2”; the length is perfect and makes it comfortable for taller people too. Great quality and super practical — highly recommend!

Decent exercise mat. Quite thick with a strap to keep it rolled up when not in use. Comes in a variety of colours. Only used a couple of times at the moment.

These are nice and long, comfortable and good for purpose...a bit on the stretchy side and can be a bit slippy if in normal socks. Comes with a carry strap to roll up and tidy away.
