Still the best of all char siu powders/sauces although I add MSG when using it.

Always great quality brand, main brand used in Hawaii of the shelf
I had to have this brand delivered as I no longer live in hawaii and was missing home, the flavor as always was spot on, I did some pork chops last and they came out delicious, nice and dark red
