Read this before buying it...
What I liked about this scooter is fun to ride, tires are big, and lighting looks nice. What I don't like is for $500+ scooter, the quality is not that great. Rubber floor mats come out, the headlight is weak barely see at night ( I have to add on light for headlight "see pic"), and I tried everything to adjust the rear brake but disc keeps hitting the brake pad, making a loud noise everytime it moved. ( I think this scooter rear brake either bend or out of alignment at factory) somehow front brake don't have that problem.Speed setting #1 = 9 mph #2 = 12 mph #3 =14 mph ( nowhere near the 16 mph as stated)Instruction manual are not well made. With all the problems I didn't return it because my kids want to keep it.

Solid scooter with a couple misleading specs
Overall I am pleased with the scooter. I have owned multiple scooters from powerful hyper scooters to your basic commute scooter.I purchased this on special and was able to get it for $349. The price was great however it claims to have speeds of 16-25mph. I was only able to attain 19mph on a full charge. Not bad. But no where near the advertised 25.All that aside the cons I love are…Large deck heightFantastic lightingBrakes are pretty goodThe paint and deck are solidOverall I would recommend at a discount price. Not a bad cruising scooter but if you want speed and longer range go for the dual motor big brother.

Good Scooter
Just bought the Plus Version and I can say just get the next version up if you’re concerned about the quality of certain parts. You get what you pay for and the scooter has squeezed so many features into this scooter for this price point. So far Customer Service has responded timely.. Thanks for the read!

Its not what it says it is
On a full charge with advanced speed settings on 100%, you could get 18 mph but after say 7 miles it drops to 13 mph. This is with a new scooter, so it will only get worse in time. The bracket that holds the handle bar is flimsy and the same with the accelerator and display. The shocks work well and the scooter looks good with very bright lights. Brake lights also are helpful. The air valves for the tires are almost impossible to move away from the wheel to pump them up. The handle bar is very high and cannot be lowered. For my 6'-8" child it was a good height but I am not that tall. Acceleration is quite good and so is stability when riding, just keep both hands on or it gets squirmy.

Amazing price
Scooter is great! The price to performance is unmatched. Full suspension and disc brakes for less than 600 bucks is wild.

Charge drops down as soon as soon i start moving after 3 months
Love the the scooter. I purchase the scooter just last July 2024, only use it 2x a week. Now I notice that as soon as I start moving the battery power indicator drops dramatically low when as it was fully charge prior to use. Is there anything the company do something about this. This scooter is almost brand new. Its kind a scary when along the way you see the power indicator going down to 2 to 1 bar. Can anyone help me pls
