I purchased the Comrelax Knee Massagers. I had a problem with them, I contacted them via email. I got a response the next morning from Ziang; a customer service rep. & he told me not to worry & that he would take care of the problem. We emailed back and forth a few times; within less than a week I received a new pair of Knee Massagers. This pair works good. I like these plug in Massagers much better than some rechargeable ones I’ve had. Nice heat massager for my knees!
Work great providing heat and massage to my knees. I especially like that it is plug in so I don't have to worry about replacing the batteries. I sent away gor the free bag and extended warranty. Great customer service.

Do you have aching knees? This is the best item I have ever used. They fit well and make your knees feel great. It will not repair your knees but will help them feel better.

Works pretty well
They need to have more heat, and not shut off on their own. Otherwise, pretty comfy and definitely stay put better than a regular heating pad

I prefer this to a cordless.
I've used another knee massager before, but it was cordless and the limited battery life got to be a nuisance. I like this one much better, running on house power. Since I use it while I'm sitting on the couch reading a book, the wires aren't at all inconvenient.

Soothing
I really like these. Feels so good on my knees both the heat and massage. I recommend for those who have kneeproblems. Relaxing and I feel they help me. They send you a case to put them in so not all over if you remember to take care of the lol.

Massage and heat both very light
Heated temperature very low, luke warm. The massage function is not as strong as I would like. Not a great value for what it cost.
