Truly impressed by the quality of this matcha! The color was a nice shade of green and for the price, you can’t beat this! I always have a rotation of different matchas when making my morning beverage and I really enjoyed this one! It has a slight sweet and nutty aroma and as far as flavor profile the umami comes through even as a latte. The astringency is pretty low and it froths well! Would recommend this as a good everyday matcha.

This matcha is wonderful! As a newer matcha drinker, I found this to the be the perfect starter matcha to work with! The package is lightweight and has instructions included which is super helpful! You don’t need very much of the powder to make a drink, so I know this package will last me awhile! The matcha itself is perfectly smooth and creamy! It’s not too strong but not too bland. It has the nice earthy aroma that matcha drinkers know and love! I found that it perfectly compliments the fruity lattes I love to make.
