UPDATE: The seller contacted me, mentioned the air duster/vacuum was still under warranty (I then read the User Manual and saw the warranty info in it!!), and asked if I'd like a refund or a replacement. As I liked it, I asked for a replacement, and it arrived in a couple of days. I'm impressed they were this proactive, what an honorable company, and they didn't ask me to amend the review, a classy action, but I'm going to, anyway, as I am really pleased with the unit.Here's my new review:I like this little vacuum/duster very, very much, it's useful--grounds from the coffee station, crumbs on couches and carpets, escaped kitty litter, dust bunnies that mysteriously appear, and so on. Much handier and easier than sweeping or hauling out the big vacuum, especially on stairs. I automatically plug it in to recharge after each use, saves making a decision. It hasn't run out of battery on me yet, though the longest I've used it was about 15 minutes.I can't understand the complaints about it being underpowered, I find the suction very strong, much more so than others I've tried. Maybe those folks don't realize it has three settings, one push gentle suction, second a bit more, and the third is strong.It only took a couple of uses before I was in the habit, and didn't have to think about it anymore, of pushing up to turn on, push in on the opposite side for degrees of power.This is one of the best purchases I've made.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Didn't use it until about a couple of weeks ago, had been using a bigger handheld vacuum. Decided I wanted to use it to blow dust out of the corners of the windowsills, and it worked OK, then started using it in the mornings to vacuum up kitty litter the litter rug hadn't trapped, pet hair, scattered cat food, and so on. I liked it until my fifth use when the little flapper came off, I didn't notice that, and it must have been thrown into the trash can with the contents of the mini vacuum. I presume it was sucked inside the vacuum as it wasn't anywhere on the floor. Didn't notice it until my next use, and there was no way I was going outside and climb into the dumpster to start searching for it!

It’s ease to clean, and ease to use. I like the functionality.

This performs really well. Be careful I accidentally hit my hand with the air stream and it may have blew a part of my soul away.

Really like this tool, so versatile. Has lots of things it could be used for, was pleasantly surprised how powerful the blow function is. Great for cleaning keyboards and vacuuming anything dusty and small. So far no problems with it!

I love this tiny but powerful vacuum! I’ve bought others in the past, one of them which never held a charge after a few uses, I was too late to return it. I was amazed at the power this one has, I’ve even bought it as gifts for others. I would buy it again!

The blower came in handy. The vacuum is not too strong. It needs more power overall. I’ll keep it but I don’t see me using it that often.

What I did not like and why it didn't receive 5 stars is because the instructions do Not tell you to push the button up and down. I was pushing it straight in and nothing worked. The instructions should specify how to use the on/off button as I almost returned it as not working.

I mostly wanted to be able to use this to blow out crumbs from my black stove. The stove may not be “dirty”, and cleaning it is a pain, but when there are just crumbs and not spills from liquids, this is a great way to tidy up the stovetop. I use it for all kinds of hard to reach areas, then vacuum up behind it! As far as I’m concerned, this is a must for all households, no matter what your main goal is for having one!
