Absolutely love these! They are like taffy sticks with crunchy hard candy pieces mixed in. They have such a great texture and amazingly delicious flavor! There is a nice mix of tangy and sweet. The strawberry is my favorite…so fruity and juicy. Definitely planning to reorder!

The candies are pretty hard so don't recommend if you have sensitive teeth. Texture is similar to taffy. I expected something closer to like a sour straw. The flavor is good and very sweet. Not sure I'd get again but if you like taffy, you may like these!

I've been on a chewy candy kick and thought these might be a nerds ropes dupe. That is a hard no!The best thing about this candy was how hard my son and I laughed at how horrible they were. First they are shaped like you would expect a sour rope candy to be shaped. But then there are these kind of nerd like crunchy candy bits inside-- that do crunch when you eat them-- but not in a good way. Then the actual chewy taffy part of the candy tastes really bizzare-- almost like a taffy that has gone flat. The sourness was also not really there to make up for the weird taffy flavor. We shared them with a lot of my son's friends just to get other opinions and the consensus was solid-- that these are NOT GOOD. I didn't want to give them 1 star because they are packaged really nicely and the candy consistency isn't cheap-- it's a good high quality taffy type candy-- it just doesn't taste like anything and then the weird crunchy bits make it just an ick of an experience. 5 out of 5 stars for the core memory though. We will never forget these ones! LOL

If you are able to enjoy chewy candy, this is a great option! They are small 3-4" rope style pieces that come individually wrapped in a larger bag. They come in a variety of sweet flavors-- featuring classics like pink, green, and blue. The base of the candy is a taffy style chew which has a punch of flavor and, while chewy, isn't overly sticky or hard. I have some light work done on my teeth, and wouldn't touch a blow pop, but these are more forgiving than that. Embedded in the taffy are small, sugar crystal style candies that are also sweet, but have a little crunch and sour to them. They're small enough to be easy to consume, and again, don't pose much issue with being too large and hard on the teeth. I really liked these, so did my family. It was a new style of candy for me and I'd buy them again.

This candy was different than I was expecting- it was even better! It is similar Laffy Taffy with crunchy candy pieces in it. I think Laffy Taffy even used to have a version with crunches in it that they made when I was a kid, but I don't remember what it was called or know if they still make it. The biggest difference is the flavors and the shape of the taffy.Each piece is individually wrapped and a good size. The colors are nice and vibrant. The flavors are the best: Watermelon, Strawberry, and Blue Raspberry (all my favorites without a dud in the bunch)! All flavors are as expected from the names. I am very happy with this candy and would recommend it!

These are essentially taffy with very strong fruit flavors. There are some tiny crystals in there that are supposed to crunch, but they are nearly non-existent and you really won't notice them. Don't confuse these with the various sour gummies that are out there — these are a different texture and not sour.

You remember the chewy rope candy with hard candy nuggets on the outside. I'm intentionally omitting the name but it's a synonym for "Geeks Rope". Well this is like the inverse of it where the rope is mostly chewy with bits of hard candy crystals sprinkled sporadically throughout and I LOVE them. They taste great and the best part in my opinion is because they're so chewy/tough, I can only eat like one or two. I'll definitely be getting these again.

Sadly I only got watermelon. One strawberry and two blue raspberry. They taste great I just don't love watermelon that much
