Color didn't match the picture and shade
Soft chai shade is kinda ashy brown and does not suit brown/warm skin tone

Never brought sheglam before,i was recommended by a friend. The lip pencil lasts all day,the lipstick/balm doesnt. Definitely recommend,next time I will just buy the sheglam lip pencil.

The liner looks absolutely gorgeous but the lipstick side is a very weird shade of brown and doesn't look good on anyone thats tried it from me (but good texture). If I bought again, it would only be for the liner.
