I’m reading this book to my son of age 8 for bedtime every night he drifter off sleep with a story of this book so easily.

This book is lovely. The stories are teaching children that you can find happiness in small things. I would say that it is for 4+ as there is hardly any pictures

This is a book meant for parents/caregivers to read to children. Excellent for bedtime or story time in schools or libraries. The stories are about 5 minutes long, and most contain a message e.g. Ava the little girl who went in search of the secret of happiness and found that it comes from within. Or the one about personal space. This book is interactive and should be discussed in order to teach your child emotional intelligence.

A great collection of short bedtime stories by author Ingram Hart. From gems like Beny and the magic kite, Oliver and the timeless tree, to the magic ice cream cart this is a perfect book for children 4-8 years with messages around the values of bravery and importance of friendship.

Little one loves this book. A great selection of beautifully written kids stories. Lovely illustrations on the title pages too. Particularly enjoyed Ava and the secret of happiness and also Felix the flexible fox. Great kids book!!

This is a cute book, with a lovely illustration at the beginning of each story, and is aimed at parents to read to children rather than them read for themselves. It has a nice, 'once upon a time' format for most of the tales, and is very descriptive. The stories take longer to read than the five minutes other reviewers have suggested, maybe Im a slow reader! Just the right length for age 5+ I'd say.

Beautiful Stories, i read them to my son at nap and bedtime. Great stories with great adventures and lessons. Great buy!!!

This is a beautiful little collection of stories, just the kind of things you need for young kids. It's nicely written, well presented, and very pleasing. If there is one shortcoming, it's the overuse of the words "quaint" and "cozy." But is that a great sin? No. I liked this. If you have youngsters, they'll like it too.

It will be used for a new baby boy that is due to arrive on March 30. So the parents are thrilled

Just received the book, started on the first story with my kids , it was a very nice story but my kids were disappointed that the pictures are not in color. I would think given the color on the cover the expectations is that it’s color on the inside . This is more an FYI for the next person buying as I didn’t see any description highlighting that the content is in black and white
