Upgrade from 7 to 11

One week delay in receiving the package
I was about to cancel my order after it was delayed and I was also not able to track my package. Received it after one weekâsdelay. No issues with the product so far.

The laptop was nice but wouldnât print good images to my sublimation printer and thatâs what I bought it for so I returned it they kept about $90 of my money so if you purchase makesure you do t return you will not get a full refund just a heads up
