Great product
Great product and always available for quick delivery. This is the only water my daughter is currently allowed to drink due to being on a restricted diet post transplant so this is a clean safe product that can be relied on. Great taste too.

Item as described and arrived promptly
Unfortunately I am physically disabled, with physical communication problems, and carers who don’t actually support most of my needs.Therefore I can’t rely on regular shopping deliveries, nor reach my kitchen tap, so this product, is essential for me!This company, delivered in a couple of days, and it is a reasonable price.Unfortunately, some Other companies/seller I ordered water from, the product, Never arrived, so, I plan to order here again

Fourth time lucky. These bottles are sturdy enough to withstand delivery; Hence the problems with first delivery of this water (damaged in transit because not shrink-wrapped). Same thing happened with Kirkland 500 ml case and more than half delivery damaged, tops of bottles squashed down into body of bottle. This happened twice so I junked Kirklands idea and found these , which are great, by the way. At last!I must say I that the Amazon rep at customer support was incredibly understanding, courteous and helpful. It really is worth speaking to them when a problem arises and I received an unexpected refund for the damaged Kirkland water (24 bottles) , and especially when the picture doesn't reflect what is delivered.

Very disappointed
I have ordered this brand of water before with no problem but I can quite honestly say these bottles are impossible to open. I consider myself quite strong but I have had to throw the remaining bottles away. I don’t know if it’s a bad batch but I won’t be ordering these again. Very disappointing. 😡
