Great Auto-Feeder for Your Pet
My pup and I are VERY happy with this auto-feeder. It has a great capacity, and the fact that it vacuum seals the food in between servings is the main reason I chose it over other options. The unit is very quiet, with the loudest sound being the food pouring into the bowl, which is enough for my pup to know that it's time to eat.The unit does not require wifi, as it is a completely self-sufficient time-based dispersement. It is very easy to set up, but the directions are lacking one important piece of information: I will inform potential buyers that each "serving" is 1/4 cup, so ensure that you measure out your dog or cat's meals before programming. The initial build quality is very good, and I plan up write an update after several months of use. Lastly, it is not a cheap unit, but for the features provided, it is worth the investment.

Game changer for busy pup parents
This thing is legit. it holds a massive amount of food, so I only refill it every couple weeks, which is perfect since I’m always running out the door. The vacuum-seal keeps kibble super fresh, and my dog actually knows meal-time when it dumps into the stainless bowl. I love how high it sits, that neck-friendly height is a game-changer for my big pup. Setup was quick with buttons right on top (no app hassle), and there's even a voice message option, though mine mostly ignored it, the feature's cute. It’s not cheap, but for giving me peace of mind when I’m out? Totally worth it.

So far it's fantastic
This thing is a bit bigger than I thought it was going to be now that it's in my kitchen but that also means that it holds plenty of food. It looks like I can fit nearly a month of my dog's food in this thing! I hadn't noticed the battery backup feature when I ordered it and I was happy to find that when unpacking the unit. I ended up already testing this out during a recent power outage; the unit still kept time and still dispensed food when it was supposed to. Awesome. The unit has been working great for the last few weeks and it makes just enough noise when the kibble hits the bowl that my furball knows when to go eat but it is otherwise pretty quiet.Between this unit and a larger water dispenser we can now escape for a weekend if we need to without having to worry about the puppers getting food and water. This unit is expensive but so far it has been worth it.

Oscar Loves It!
This is a wonderful machine! It dispenses kibble reliably and is very flexible with regard to scheduling and volume of food. Our pup is a fast eater so I have it dispense his meal over a few minutes instead of all at once. I love that I can record my voice to call him to dinner!

Works Well After Initial Troubles, Wish It Had WiFi
This automatic feeder has been reliable for my dogs after working through some early issues. The 15L capacity is excellent - I only need to refill it every couple weeks. The vacuum-sealed storage keeps food fresh, and the stainless steel bowl is sturdy. I appreciate that it handles larger kibble sizes up to 22mm without clogging. When I first set it up, some scheduled feedings didn't occur properly. However, the customer service team was extremely helpful - they walked me through resetting the device and since then (about a month now), it's worked perfectly without any missed meals. My only real complaint is the lack of WiFi connectivity. Being able to monitor and adjust feedings remotely through an app would make this feeder perfect. As it is, you need to be present to program any changes to the schedule.Overall, it's a quality product that does what it promises once properly set up. The large capacity and freshness features are great, and the customer support was outstanding when I needed help. I'm docking one star for the initial setup difficulties and the missing WiFi capability that would make it more convenient. Recommended if you don't need remote access features.

Easy Set Up and Updates to Feeding Schedule. Convenience While I Am Away.
This has been so helpful for times when I am away from home. I already have a doorcam that view the area where I feed my dogs and it has a speaker and microphone, so I haven't rtied the recorded message feature, but the oter features have worked well for me and my dogs. The setup was easy and updating settings has worked well too. I can add tyhe whole bag of food in the size I usually use, so no having excess sitting around to have to store seperately. I have ben using the 4 servings at 3 hour intervals to feed two large dogs. Typically, they have just finished off a bowl within 30 minutes of the next feeding.

Pros and Cons for my gorgeous and greedy 60-pound Labrador.
Since everyone in my family's work schedule recently changed, I had to hunt for an automatic dog feeder to ensure my gorgeous and greedy 60-pound Labrador wouldn't miss any meals. There are many feeders out there, but I needed one that was elevated to prevent neck issues. This one was the only dog feeder with an elevated bowl that I found appealing.I didn't want to spend $300, but I was willing to see if it would suit my needs. A $30 discount was also helpful because when I compared prices with other websites that carried this feeder, it cost the same with the discount.Pros: aesthetically pleasing, easy to put together, suitable for medium to large animals, compact, and stores a significant amount of food—ease of scheduling meals (uses military time, so be mindful), product videos for guidance, and personalized voice recordings for your pet.Cons: You can't monitor/schedule from your phone. At $300, I would love a camera to see my doggie eat. Anytime you change the schedule, you must create a new voice recording. I prefer that it keep the recording while I change the feeding schedule on the weekends. I only need the feeder during the work week.Although expensive, I didn't see anything else that suited our needs. The company says it offers a 2-year quality warranty. When I messaged them about their coverage, they said they would provide technical support. I decided to buy coverage from Amazon in case the feeder falters.
