Good
I recently purchased the H1 PRO V2 chair, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. The comfort and quality of this chair far exceeded my expectations. The ergonomic design provides excellent support, especially during long work hours. The adjustable features, including the lumbar support and armrests, make it easy to customize the chair to my liking. The breathable fabric adds to the overall comfort, keeping me cool and comfortable even during extended periods of use. The build quality is outstanding. The chair feels sturdy and well-constructed, giving me confidence in its durability. The smooth reclining feature is a game-changer, allowing me to find the perfect position for both work and relaxation. The assembly process was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The shipping was prompt, and the chair arrived in perfect condition. In summary, the H1 PRO V2 chair combines style, comfort, and durability seamlessly

Back Support for Guitar Practice
I bought this chair to replace a padded drum throne that I sit on while practicing guitar. After 45 minutes my back would be killing me so I'd have to rest it constantly. I went in search of a chair to support my back, a footrest to raise my leg for playing and arms that would fold out of the way of the guitar. This is that chair. It is so comfortable I can play for hours with no discomfort. Feet up, arms up, leaning back with lumbar support. Swivel, adjustable, footrest folds underneath in a second. Fantastic product design and build. Japanese company. Highly recommended.

Easily loses back height and neck position due to lack of sufficient locking mechanism
~6 months in and for the most part it's great. however, because of the way they designed the height adjustment for the back, it frequently falls from top setting to bottom setting. This is because all you have to do is lift the back up a little to move to the next setting, and sitting up a little in my chair raises it just enough that it unlocks and drops to the bottom. The neck support is also disappointing because it doesn't take much pressure for it to give way, causing my support to disappear until I reach back and reposition it. Both of these problems could have been solved by a locking mechanism that prevents accidental movement.

Not worth the price.
I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this chair, at the time there were quite a number of youtube reviews praising this chair and I had high hopes. At first, I liked this chair, I thought it was really comfortable with the foot rest and neck rests but there are some major issues that needs to be addresed before I can recommend this chair to others. After a couple of weeks with the chair, I noticed some pain points in my tailbone and lower back. Pros: - I really love how adjustable the headrest is, you can really dial in the headrest to fit you in different positions and situations - The arms recline with you, which I wish more chairs did. Nothing is more annoying than reclining in your chair and now the armrests are not in the ideal postion for lounging. - The controls for the chair, are reall easy to reach and I love that theyre built into the seat and now levers underneath the chair. CONS: - The mesh quality is not great. - The seating area is not wide enough, this coupled with the poor mesh quality ends up in a very uncomfortable sitting experience after long hours. I nose pressure right under the thighs and around the tailbone. - The lumbar support is far too agressive for me, even when dialed down to it's lowest setting. - The armrest pads are extremely firm, it's pretty painful on the elbows after long work sessions. - After about a little over a year, the back rest broke. While there's not a lot of rattle and flex with most parts of the chair, the back rest is only supported in two points, bost of which are attached near the arms. There isn't strong enough support int he middle to keep the back rest in place. All this right after the one year of warranty I had with the chair. All these cons, I don't think the pros can make up for. Especially considering the price of this chair, I think there are many other chairs I would recommend over this one. I have yet to try hinomi's chairs but I hope they revise the seat and support of this chair in their future iterations.

Perfect Office Chair for Cat Owners!
We truly LOVE this chair. Very easy to clean and just brings such an awesome vibe to our home office. We have cats, so we wanted something that they could not scratch up and this chair definitely suited that need. The toughest part was honestly just getting the box opened, crazy easy to assemble otherwise. We do recommend upgrading the wheels. These look fantastic on it - RidRed Office Chair Wheels - Replacement Rubber Wheels - Universal Fit 3 Inch Casters, Heavy-Duty Chair Casters, Noise Free, Fits 98% Chair, for All Floor (5). So thankful that Hinomi created this sensational chair at an affordable price!

The price is not justified
It’s a mostly comfortable chair but its construction feels more plastic than metal. One of the arm rests seems to have been stripped so now it just spins freely. This confuses me because i never spun it until it was loose. The hinge that holds up the back of the chair defirmed pretty quick so now the most vertical seating position is like 70 degrees instead of 90 or 85. The “adjustable” lumbar is not actually adjustable, only the strength of the spring. All in all a pretty big waste of money. Get something else because this is priced to compete with herman miller with the quality of one of those nameless Chinese companies

Worth it.
I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for over 10 years now, I’ve always wanted an office chair that would provide a good back and neck support, I was pleasantly surprised with this chair is well made and does provide a good support, I don’t only use it for work purposes but for watching TV as well. I told my husband I will never seat on our couch again now that I have my new chair.

When the Wheels Fall Off Before They Even Go On
Well, well, well, where do I begin? I recently purchased the Hinomi H1 Pro V2, eagerly anticipating the sweet moment I would roll around my home office like the boss lady I am. Little did I know, my dreams of smooth sailing (or rolling, in this case) would quickly deflate faster than a punctured tire. Step 1 of the assembly seemed simple enough: "Insert wheels into base." Sounds easy, right? Wrong! Despite being a sprightly 110 lb woman, who often prides herself on her furniture assembly prowess, I found myself outmatched by the sheer stubbornness of these wheels. I leaned, I pushed, I grunted. I even performed what could only be described as an awkward, full-body press into the chair, hoping to coax these wheels into their supposed home. No luck. My living room quickly turned into a stage for what looked like an interpretive dance titled "Despair and Defeat." Dear Hinomi, unless "wheel wrestling" is the next fitness craze, I believe your wheels shouldn't double as immovable objects. I must admit, I was prepared for a thrilling office chair assembly experience, not a trial of strength and willpower. For anyone looking for a seamless assembly experience, you may want to consider a chair that doesn't think it's auditioning for a role as an immovable boulder in a high-budget superhero movie. As for me, I'll be over here, catching my breath and browsing for a chair that respects my assembly skills and understands that when I say I want a workout, I mean at the gym, not during my furniture assembly. Moral of the story? Check the assembly reviews unless you want your new office gear to double as an unsolvable puzzle.

Great chair if you're in front of a compute all day.
Takes minutes to assemble. Aside of popping the wheels and piston into the base and putting the already assembled seat on top, you literally have two screws to turn for the headrest. Good quality materials, and a ten year warranty. Very comfortable. I'm an editor so I spend a good ten hours a day in a chair most days. When I still worked in the office, I had a Herman Miller Aeron in my suite and that chair sets the bar, but I'm not willing to shell out almost two grand for a new one, and used ones can be hit and miss. For the price, this chair is the closest that you're going to get. Like an Aeron, you have to take the time to properly get this chair set up to your liking. Only thing I'll probably do is upgrade the wheels to rollerblade wheels.
