Tastes great. We use it all the time to make tigernut butter.

I’m currently on the AIP diet and I was really happy to find this Tigernut flour to use in baking recipes. It’s flavor is good and mildly seeet just like I had read about...the texture is closer to almond or coconut flour and works great blended with other flours.

This product works great and tastes great.....but....if you have Celiac or Non Celiac Gluten Sensitivity and have to avoid all grains, this brand is not for you. It states on the back of the package that it is "manufactured on shared equipment that processes tree nuts, coconut, wheat, eggs, soy and milk." All it takes is 20 parts per million and you get damage to your system that you don't see but can sometimes feel in the way of intestinal and body pain. So I'd avoid it at all costs. I personally don't want to trust that the levels of contamination are below that due to human error in the cleaning process between products. It might not cause problems on one batch but all it takes is poor cleaning to make the next batch a nightmare for those of us who can't tolerate the contaminants. Seek out other brands that are safer.

I liked this flour. I breaded and fried chicken strips with it and it worked great! It doesn’t get super crispy so I’ll probably just bake them next time. I think something important to say about this flour is that it’s a little on the sweet side. I’m looking forward to baking with it because I think it would be really good in desserts.

Kids like it. Super easy to cook with. We make up our own recipes.

With the 15% subscribe and save discount, this brand of Tigernut flour is cheaper than the alternatives. However, I prefer the flavor of Anthony’s Tigernut flour. I will use up these bags and switch back to Anthony’s.

Contrary to what another reviewer wrote, this product is certified gluten free. My package has the Gluten-Free Certification Organization mark on it. Products that carry the mark represent unmatched reliability for meeting the strictest of gluten-free standards. Oh, and baked goods made with this flour taste very good!

The item description said I would be getting 6 bags. I only received 1! I paid $45 for only 1 bag of flour. I like this flour, and I use it all of the time--and I have never left a bad review before--but I am super disappointed. I feel I was ripped off.
