Great CrossFit shoe
These were a successful gift! I was informed by the recipient that these shoes are extremely comfortable and offer great support. They feel lightweight but still sturdy, making them perfect for my CrossFit workouts. They fit well, look great in person, and didn’t require much of a break-in period. Overall, a solid, reliable pair of shoes that I’m really happy with.

Perfect for intense workouts
The Nike Metcon 8 are excellent for functional training and weightlifting. They offer great stability, very good grip, and strong support, providing confidence during high-intensity workouts. They are comfortable, durable, and feel well-fitted right out of the box. The design is modern and high quality. Ideal for the gym, CrossFit, and demanding training sessions. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, if you have wide feet like mine, it is a step up into another world of comfort. Has a nice function to keep your laces in one spot. It is a training shoe, not very flexible as i like it that way, the size and the fit are great

Great shoes—look good, but will take longer to break in.
Great shoe but the shipping was a nightmare. From the standpoint of the shoe—which is what I’m reviewing, these are brand new Nikes. Stuff, as you’d expect from gym trainers, but sharp. As they loose. They do get a little more comfortable, but it takes longer than regular shoes or running shoes—expect that.

GREAT for combination workouts and strength training. Do not buy for running or long walking. These are literally made for stability (lunges, balancing, deadlifts, chest press, rows, farmer walks etc)
