Awesome High Quality Tent
This is surprising high quality. It is a little bit pricey, but I've had my eye on it for a while now. I ordered it from overseas right before the Tarif's hit and they never shipped it. Bought another one for 1/2 the price but again overseas and they never shipped and refunded my money like the first attempt. When I saw it here on amazon I had to get it. I am really pleased with the tent. It is extremely high quality. The setup is as expected with an instant tent. You unfold and an it is up. Super easy setup. I was pleased to see that all the legs locked into place with no effort at all. I have a few instant tents that you have to wrestle to get the last leg to lock into place. No issues with this tent. All the legs extended and locked without any effort on my part. The rain fly is seriously heavy-duty fabric. I think it might make the inside a little dark, but I've only set it up to be sure I had all the pieces and it wasn't damaged in shipping. The rain fly went extremely easy as well. It is heavy enough it stays in place while you shift and pull it over the tent. Was the easiest I have ever been able to get a rain fly on a tent by myself. I'm a 64 year old female and this thing is a breeze. The zippers to attach the screen room are heavy duty - nice quality zippers. Inside zippers are not the same heavy-duty zippers but I am sure they are adequate. I love that the rain fly has windows to let in the light. If it is not pouring down rain - you can open them and let the light in. As this was just a trial set up - I didn't open them all. Looking forward to taking this for a trip in the rain to see if it is as waterproof as others say. Lots of room inside for a queen bed and a table and chairs. Take down was just as easy as setup. It folded back just as small as when it came out of the bag. Because the rainfly is so large - it is a bit of a challenge to get it all back in the bag. I started over and put the rain fly on the bottom first and then the tent on top to push the air out of the tarp. That worked and the tent, rainfly, and screen room are all back in the bag. Again I am super pleased with this purchase. This is a high quality tent that I expect to last for years. I'll update if I get some rain. Update bonus feature. The rain fly is so thick there are no shadows at night. !! Serious nobody can see you moving around if the rain fly is on - blocks all the light so no silhouettes.

Amazing tent
Absolutely love this tent. Great size, very sturdy, and so far, with temps dipping into the 20’sF, the added weight in the tarp-over keeps things 15 degrees warmer inside. Ample ventilation when needed, and smart touches throughout. Zippers are well made, stitching reinforced where expected, and the string of lights is a nice touch. So far, withstood heavy rain and winds. Properly staked and grounded with zero issue. Looking forward to a lasting purchase with this investment. Pops open and assembles in literally minutes. This one replaced a six person tent that was past its prime days - and it’s incredible to see how many improvements have built into a more modern tent.

Great Tent for the money.
My tent arrived today. The package is large and heavy but thats what you would expect with a "base camp" type tent like this. The bag the tent comes in, is fairly heavy duty and should last a while given basic care. When you open the bag, the tent is folded much like an old raod map, and you immediately get the sense that there is no way its ever going back in that bag! There are set-up instructions sewn to the bag with easy to follow, step by step guidance in both English and Asian. My wife and I set up ours in less than 10 minutes, and now that I know how to do it, I bet I could cut that down to 5 minutes or less. Its super easy to set up with the hub system incorporated into the frame. You literally just fold out the legs, extend them and your done. The tent material is good quality, and the external tent/rain fly seems very rugged. The tent also comes with 31 stakes, the heads of which flow in the dark, as do all the zipper pulls. The tent also comes with USB powered lighting built into the frame, but a power bank is not included. I have not used it yet, but I see no reason why it would not protect its occupants well in wet, cold and windy weather. Well worth the money.

Fantastic tent after Naturehike quickly resolved initial issues.
Updates: I emailed Naturehike about my issues below to find they had also reached out to me through Amazon the same day in response to my original review. They were receptive of my feedback and very easy to work with me on getting a replacement rainfly. It arrived at my home in approx two weeks, much quicker than I expected shipping from China. I was able to set the tent up in my yard for about 8 days with significant rainfall several of those, and I am very happy to say that the new rainfly performed admirably, not a single drop of water in the tent any of the times I checked it during and after showers. Hopefully my issue was a rare occurrence, but I would still suggest testing the waterproof capabilities thoroughly before taking it out remotely. I also very much appreciate Naturehike's customer service handling things so well and taking care of the issue for me; they were much more responsive and helpful than some US camping gear companies I've had to contact for product issues in the past. With that said, I would very much recommend this tent, and I will likely purchase the larger family model in the future. Original Review: I really like the form, features, and size of this tent, but for smaller tent priced at $300+, I expected better. It did fine in dry weather but failed in rain showers. At this price point, rain should not be an issue unless you're in monsoon-like rain, especially with the listing promoting the tent being waterproof as a feature. I bought this tent primarily for my solo tent as a leader on boy scout campouts so I had room to stand and move without using my large family tents or one I'd have to crawl in and out of. I was able to set it up in my back yard a couple of weekends after it arrived mid-May. Set up is easy and quick, and there's lots of room inside for a 4-person tent, could very comfortably fit 3 people on travel camp mats or a couple with a queen air mattress. I can fit my oversized cot, gear tote, and my chair inside and still have room to change and get in/out easily. The poles seem pretty durable, had decent wind one day but not speeds the tent claims to be rated for. The blackout fabric the fly's made of did a decent job keeping early morning sun out but wasn't as effective at keeping it cooler like I've experienced with other dark room tents. Unfortunately I wasn't able to test the tent's rain resistance during those earlier setups, was forecast both times but blew over my area. I took the tent out for its first real use recently on a week long scout campout from July 6-July 11th. Things were great until we got rain the last couple days. The tent kept dry during light daytime sprinkle, but twice overnight we had significant showers, less than my other tents had held up to out of the box, and both nights the rain fly did not prevent water from leaking in. The inner mesh on the roof was soaked due to the fly's failure and dripping into the tent in a few spots. Thankfully I had my tote and was able to pack things back in quickly to prevent them getting wet or ruining my lamp, solar panel charger, or other electronics.

Love this tent!!
I am very happy with my purchase of the Naturehike Village 13! I didn't want to do my review until I had actually used the tent. It was easy to put up. The setup in the pics took my husband and I about 30 minutes or so but we're an older couple and move slow. I was very pleased with the quality. We went camping for the weekend and it rained VERY, VERY hard the first night and there was not one leak anywhere inside the tent. The fly for this tent is impressive! It was also very windy during the storm and this tent didn't budge an inch!! The zippers work smoothly and don't catch. I love that you have two zippers on each door allowing you to have just the screen for the whole door if you like, which helped with ventilation. That is so much better than a half window on the door like my other tents which will not stay rolled up when you use the door. You can have a little porch area over both doors which is great when it's raining. It comes with 3 poles for one porch, but I had extra telescoping poles, so I was able to do both doors. The stakes were very sturdy and well made. The only downside was getting the fly and the tent back in the bag. I think the bag needs to be a little bigger, but I just put the fly in a separate bag for now. I will probably buy a nice big duffle bag that will hold all of it eventually. I can see this tent lasting for years and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a quality tent that is definitely rainproof. I have 5 tents, and this one is my favorite by far. I had to waterproof my other tents, and they would never have made it through a rain like that without leaking. I did not waterproof this tent, and it did great! Worth every penny in my opinion.

This was a great purchase!
This is a great tent. I have been putting this tent to use this year and I have had zero issues. I do not have any issues with the top bar getting it to click into place. Make sure you extend the top bar first or you will have issues because it’s harder to reach. This tent is super easy and fast to put up/take down. The room darkening is great on the tent because it blocks the heat of the sun and allows you to sleep a little longer if you want. The fly is very durable and is for sure water proof. You will have condensation buildup on the inside of the fly if using a heater but that is to be expected and it will not drip on you. I have had zero issues with the zipper. The tent is a perfect size for my wife and I with our two dogs. This is my go to tent when traveling because I know it’s not gonna let me down and it fits in any campsite.

Great tent, great value!
Good quality. Easy to setup and take down. Comfortable room inside for 2-3 people. Love the easy access points and different windows/screens for ventilation. The footprint of it doesn’t actually take up *that* much space unless you put the canopy up. Nice quality touches to it - like the ropes are reflective, zipper ends and stakes glow in the dark. It rained a small amount our first time using it and no issues with leaks or anything - the rain fly is legit. LED light strip is a nice touch too at the top if you can plug that in with USB. Overall, very happy with purchase so far in year 1!

Initial review... This is a great car camping tent.
I just got the 4 person today. This will serve as a basic and initial review. The weather did not permit me to set it up outside so the living room had to do. I had a 4 person Coleman instant tent and used it so much the floor gave out. After months of research, I chose to buy this tent. It took 30 minutes to set up by myself in my LR. The rainfly is nothing to joke about. Slas solid as any other fly I've ever seen if more with a liner of reflective fabric to help with insulation. I learned to put the fly on before fully extending the legs. Otherwise the tent is too tall for my 5'8" self to put the fly over. I will eventually color code each corner on the fly to the coordinating tent corner with loops of cord. This will certainly help configure from to back when putting it over the tent base. Once the fly is on, then I extended the legs up. It's practically a blackout tent with the fly fully on. It was not hard to fully extend the legs but not as simple as my old Coleman instant. The top center pole was just as much as a struggle. It required a bit more grip to pull the poles apart until they clicked in place. Maybe rubber garden gloves would be a good idea. When it was fully up and I stepped inside, I was completely amazed. There is plenty of head space. It's incredibly spacious. I was able to jump up and not hit my head. It can comfortably sleep 4 adults side by side and will be a luxury suite just for me. The zippers are smooth and substantial. There are a lots of options to stake out, tie down, roll up, pitch up with the 2 poles included. I'm sure in the rain the "porch" floap section of the fly would need a center pole in the center to avoid water pooling or to pitch the front flap one side higher than the other to permit roll off. As I said before, the fly is thick and substantial. Without the fly in warmer weather, this tent is a beautiful screen tent. I can hardly wait for a day to set it up outside and give it a full review. Please come back in a few weeks for the full review.
